The immunoadjuvant-based hydrogel composition can undergo gelation in situ in the presence of calcium ions in the body, and realize the release of immune adjuvants in response to tumor cell death marker during tumor radiotherapy and the long-term intratumoral retention of immune adjuvant in the interval of radiotherapy, thus activating tumor-specific immune response for a long time during radiotherapy, and inhibiting the systemic metastasis of tumors.
