    Abstract: The invention provides the use of an immunoadjuvant-based hydrogel in the preparing a sensitizing agent for surgical radiotherapy. The present invention also provides an immunoadjuvant-based hydrogel composition comprising sodium alginate, a tumor cell death marker aptamer, and a water-soluble immunoadjuvant with an extended sequence, wherein sodium alginate is covalently linked to the tumor cell death marker aptamer, and the sequence extended from the immunoadjuvant is partially complementary to the sequence of the tumor cell death marker aptamer. The immunoadjuvant-based hydrogel composition can undergo gelation in situ in the presence of calcium ions in the body, and realize the release of immune adjuvants in response to tumor cell death marker during tumor radiotherapy and the long-term intratumoral retention of immune adjuvant in the interval of radiotherapy, thus activating tumor-specific immune response for a long time during radiotherapy, and inhibiting the systemic metastasis of tumors.

The intensity information reflects the detection distance, the target shape, the target size and the like; the spectrum information reflects material components, surface morphology and the like of a space target; the polarization information reflects the material and roughness of the target and the contrast with the background; and the intensity, spectrum and polarization three-dimensional information is jointly applied, the image contrast can be increased by 2-3 times.

The present application further provides a preparation method for a self-sustained release immune adjuvant suspension, and use of the self-sustained release immune adjuvant suspension in a sensitizing formulation used for tumor therapies, such as, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or thermotherapy.

For example, the disclosed systems utilize a multi-exit pixel-level prediction neural network to generate classification predictions for a digital image on the pixel level. The multi-exit pixel-level prediction neural network includes a specialized architecture with early exit heads having unique encoder-decoder architectures for generating pixel-wise classification predictions at different early exit stages. In some embodiments, the disclosed systems implement a spatial confidence-adaptive scheme to mask certain predicted pixels to prevent further processing of the masked pixels and thereby reduce computation.
