    Abstract: A vascularized cardiac organoid with a chamber structure and its preparation method is presented. The cardiac organoids have a unique chamber structure, which includes a myocardium wall. Within the cardiac organoids, a vascular network is developed, enclosed within the myocardium wall. This vascular network is composed of endothelial cells surrounded by smooth muscle cells, forming a network of branched tubular structures. The presence of vasculature significantly promotes the arrangement of the myocardium, enhances the organization of the cardiac cytoskeleton, and promotes the consistency and beating frequency of cardiac cells. The vasculature facilitates the growth and size increase of the cardiac organoids.

The vascular network is composed of endothelial cells surrounded by smooth muscle cells, forming a tubular vessel with branched structures. The presence of this vasculature significantly enhances the survival of the islets, improves the efficiency of pancreatic precursor cells, islet progenitor cells and R cells, and the increases the synthesis of insulin precursor C-peptide. The procedures for constructing vascularized islets are suitable for long-term in vitro culture of islets.

    Abstract: This invention discloses a method for improving n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid enrichment efficiency in glyceride, belonging to the field of deep processing of oil. The method of this invention includes providing oil, lipase and metal ionic liquid into a reactor. After a reaction time, a mixture is obtained and free fatty acid is removed from the mixture, and the product is the n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid-rich glyceride. Compared with the traditional chemical method, the method of this invention is characterized by mild reaction conditions and producing lower level of by-products. Meanwhile, metal ions selected in the present invention are able to promote the hydrolysis of lipase, solving the problem of long reaction time in the conventional enzymatic method. Rapid hydrolysis is achieved by this method so as to realize enrichment of EPA and DHA in glyceride.

    Abstract: The present invention provides an application of tilapia oil or fractionated product thereof, which belongs to the technical field of food technology. The applications involve in swine feed, fat for replacing breast milk, or dairy products. The present invention found that palmitic acid, oleic acid and linoleic acid in tilapia oil, and more than 65% of palmitic acid is distributed in sn-2 position, the highest content of triglyceride OPL, can be used as fat additives in swine feed or formula milk powder use oil. Therefore, adding tilapia oil to swine feed or formula milk powder is beneficial to the absorption of fatty acids and calcium, and can improve the absorption and utilization of energy.
