The method comprises in response to a list display operation, displaying the video list corresponding to the list display operation in an extended state in a list display area of a video play page, wherein the video play page further comprises a video play area for playing a video, and wherein the list display area has a first display size when the video list is in the extended state; and in response to a list folding instruction, switching the video list from the extended state to a folded state, wherein the list display area has a second display size when the video list is in the folded state, and the second display size is smaller than the first display size.
