Abstract: A folded bill recognizing method and a folded bill recognizing device are provided. The folded bill recognizing device includes: a bill input port configured to receive a to-be-recognized bill or a sample bill; a signal collecting module configured to collect a CIS image of the bill, to obtain an infrared transmission image T and an infrared reflection image F; a signal recognizing module configured to recognize whether the to-be-recognized bill has a fold; and a receiving/rejecting module configured to perform a receiving or rejecting operation on the to-be-recognized bill. The device can effectively recognize a folded bill.

Abstract: Provided is a value bill identifying method, which includes: step 1, collecting, by a color collection device including multiple color sensors, color data of a to-be-detected value bill and preprocessing the collected color data; step 2, extracting a feature from the preprocessed color data; step 3, matching the extracted feature with feature template sets corresponding to each type of value bills, to obtain matching scores, and regarding a feature template with the highest score as a matched template of the color data; and step 4, determining a type of the value bill based on a matching result.

Abstract: A method and system for self-service equipment outputting and collecting money. A money box of self-service equipment is provided with two money box statuses which are a functional status and a collecting status. Under the functional status, the money box implements a money storage function used generally in a common situation. When a collecting box is full or in an abnormal status, some money box is chosen and set to switch from the functional status into the collecting status and to act as a temporary collecting box. So the technical problem that the self-service equipment cannot continuously provide cash services when the collecting box or a box for cash no longer fit for circulation is full is solved, the self-service equipment can continuously provide the cash service, that is, money depositing and withdrawing service, under the condition that the collecting box is full, and the starting-up rate of the self-service equipment is improved.

Abstract: A multi-cue fusion based ticket positioning recognition method and system, utilizing the coordinate mapping relationship between a one-dimensional MICR magnetic signal and a ticket OCR image signal to convert the processing data with high credibility in the MICR signal recognition module into parameters suitable for the OCR signal recognition module through geometric conversion, thus improving OCR character positioning efficiency and reliability, saving operation time and improving OCR recognition precision, and improving the accuracy and processing efficiency of a character recognition system.
