  • Publication number: 20250126498
Abstract: An electronic device includes a wireless monitor, a TX delay monitor, and a wireless network environment checker. The wireless monitor outputs a TX data packet in response to receiving data from a user space. The TX delay monitor receives the TX data packet and calculates a TX delay associated with the TX data packet. The wireless network environment checker checks the network communication environment in response to receiving a warning signal from the wireless monitor. The TX delay monitor sends a TX delay event to the wireless monitor in response to the TX delay associated with the TX data packet being longer than a predetermined period. The wireless monitor sends the warning signal to the wireless network environment checker based on the TX delay event.

  • Patent number: 12095679
Abstract: User equipment (UE) for managing out-of-order packets is provided. The UE may include a radio frequency (RF) signal processing device, a management module, a filter module and a multi-reorder queue circuit. The RF signal processing device may receive a plurality of packets from a network node. The management module may collect network information of the network node and application information and generate a plurality of filter rules according to the network information and the application information. The filter module may receive the filter rules from the management module and allocate a plurality of out-of-order packets of the packets to different reorder queues according to the filter rules, wherein each reorder queue corresponds to a different reorder timer. The multi-reorder queue circuit includes the reorder queues. The multi-reorder queue circuit determines how to push each out-of-order packet to its corresponding application through a TCP/IP stack.

  • Patent number: 11889419
Abstract: A method for processing instant application messages is provided. The method is performed by a device and includes: receiving, by a modem of the device, an instant application message transmitted from an application server to an application processor of the device; determining, by the modem, whether the application processor is in a sleeping mode and the instant application message is an emergency message; and transmitting, by the modem, the instant application message to a co-processor of the device to cache the instant application message when the application processor is in the sleeping mode and the instant application message is not an emergency message.

  • Publication number: 20230396553
Abstract: A method for setting priority of packet transmission is provided. The method includes receiving an uplink packet from a client device via a local area network (LAN) port. The method includes determining whether the uplink packet is a domain name system (DNS) query packet. The method includes comparing a query string in the uplink packet with a list including a plurality of strings when determining that the uplink packet is a DNS query packet. The method includes recording a first transaction ID in the uplink packet and a priority that corresponds to the query string in the list into a first recording table when the query string matches one of the plurality of strings in the list. The method includes transmitting the uplink packet to a network server according to a first priority level via a wide area network (WAN) port.
