    Abstract: Provided are a method and system for realizing a service-based mobile originated short message service. The method for realizing a service-based mobile originated short message service (MO SMS) includes: after receiving a short message transferred from a user equipment, an SMSF entity querying, from a NRF entity, information of a network function that can provide a MO SMS forwarding service; when it is determined, according to a query result, that a corresponding SMS-IWMSC can provide the MO SMS forwarding service, the SMSF entity sending the short message to the SMS-IWMSC; and the SMS-IWMSC sending the short message to a SC, so that the SC sends the short message to a corresponding receiver of the short message.

    Abstract: A to-be-measured partially coherent fractional vortex beam passes through a scattering object, an error between measurable information and to-be-measured information is minimized by using an optimization algorithm, and a main electric field mode and a weight of a to-be-measured fractional vortex beam are reconstructed by using a multimode stacked diffraction algorithm. A cross-spectral density function of the partially coherent fractional vortex beam is calculated, a cross-spectral density of a partially coherent fractional vortex optical field is reconstructed, and complete information including light intensity, a light intensity association, an electric field association, a phase, and the like of the partially coherent fractional vortex optical field is obtained.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides the use of 4-(Phenylethynyl) benzoic acid in preparing a plant growth regulator. 4-(Phenylethynyl) benzoic acid has a formula as C15H10O2, a molecular weight of 222.2390. The optimum concentration of 4-(Phenylethynyl) benzoic acid in the plant growth regulator is in a range of 10 ?M to 200 ?M. The plant growth regulator further contains a pesticidally acceptable carrier. The present disclosure further provides the use of 4-(Phenylethynyl) benzoic acid in regulating plant growth. In the use of 4-(Phenylethynyl) benzoic acid in preparing a plant growth regulator of the present disclosure, 4-(Phenylethynyl) benzoic acid has the ABA-like effects, and is more stable, easily available, cheaper, and environmentally friendly. Therefore, the present disclosure is suitable for large-scale popularization.
