An imaging type of the target endoscope images is identified according to the corresponding organ information with a classification network. A lesion region in the target endoscope images is localized according to an organ part indicated by the organ information. A lesion category of the lesion region in an image capture mode of the medical endoscope corresponding to the imaging type is identified.

    Abstract: Lithium-sulfur (Li—S) batteries using unconventional-phase transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs), such as 1T?-WS2, as the functional layer on the separator. The unique atomic structure of 1T?-WS2 facilitates the strong immobilization and excellent catalytic ability in the conversion of polysulfide intermediates during cycling. Furthermore, the self-assembling of 1T?-WS2 greatly decreases the internal porosity, minimizing the uptake of electrolyte, which can further guarantee the performance of the battery under lean electrolyte conditions. As a result, a cell based on the 1T?-WS2 shows improved performances under high sulfur loading and lean electrolyte conditions. A cell with 12 mg cm?2 mass loading of S with only 25% oversized Li metal anode can deliver specific energy of at least 400 Wh kg?1 and 820 Wh L?1, which is among the best of reported Li—S batteries.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a low-power and compact neuron circuit implementing a ReLU activation function including a first-layer synaptic array, a neuron transistor, a resistor, and a second-layer synaptic array. The neuron transistor is a MOS transistor having a threshold voltage-adjustable property, a gate electrode of the neuron transistor is connected to each voltage output end of the first-layer synaptic array, and a drain electrode of the neuron transistor is connected to each voltage input end of the second-layer synaptic array. Thus, it is possible to satisfy the decision computation and output of different synaptic array output values by adjusting the magnitude of the threshold voltage of the transistor. The neuron circuit requires only one transistor in cooperative connection with the first-layer synaptic array and the second-layer synaptic array to implement the ReLU activation function; therefore, a significant improvement is achieved in terms of energy efficiency, delay reduction, and space utilization.
