    Abstract: A biocontrol strain YW-1, a preparation method and application of a biocontrol agent thereof are provided. The strain is Myroides odoratimimus with the preservation number of CGMCC NO. 20620. The biocontrol agent of the biocontrol strain YW-1 is obtained by the following steps: oscillating culture the biocontrol strain YW-1 in a LB culture medium at 30 Celsius degrees and 180 rpm for 12-16 hours until a total concentration of living bacteria in a bacterial suspension is 1×109-1×1010 CFU/mL; centrifuging the bacterial suspension at 6000 rpm for 10 minutes to collect bacterial cells; and diluting the bacterial cells with sterilized water to obtain a concentration of 100 CFU/milliliter. By irrigating the root of every plant with 20 milliliters of the biocontrol agent when host plants are transplanted, it can effectively prevent soil-borne diseases such as fusarium wilt of melons, bacterial wilt of tomatoes and peppers, and Phytophthora capsici.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for freeze-drying drug liposomes powder assisted by a variable-frequency alternating-current electric field, which includes the following steps: (1) preparing a drug-liposome suspension sample; (2) dehydrating the sample under a 1-10 kHz, 3-10 kV high-voltage alternating current; (3) freezing and drying the sample treated in step (2) at ?20° C. to ?40° C., under a 10-25 kHz, 0.2-1 kV high-voltage alternating current, until completion of the freezing process; and (4) heating and drying the sample in a vacuum until completion of sublimation and desorption, and obtaining the drug liposomes freeze-dried powder. The present invention not only greatly shortens a freezing and drying time, but also controls a size of nuclei and ice crystals, further ensuring a quality of the freeze-dried powder.

The program importing module is used to import a program data package containing a first measurement program and characteristic parameters of at least one sample. The program converting module is used to convert the first measurement program to a second measurement program suitable for a comparator. The characteristic parameters fetching module is used to fetch the characteristic parameters from the program data package. The storage module is used to store the second measurement program and the characteristic parameter in a storage unit of the comparator. A method for program converting is also provided.
