Abstract: A positioning method includes: collecting and analyzing wireless messages sent by at least one wireless device in a current space to obtain a first characteristic pattern associated with the current space; performing a matching process to match the first characteristic pattern to at least one of a plurality of preset characteristic patterns, each of the plurality of preset characteristic patterns being associated with one of a plurality of spaces; obtaining, if the preset characteristic patterns comprise a second characteristic pattern that matches the first characteristic pattern, space information corresponding to the second characteristic pattern; and determining a position of the current space by using the space information corresponding to the second characteristic pattern. Moreover, each characteristic pattern comprises a correspondence between an identifier of each wireless device in a corresponding space and a signal quality of the wireless device.

Abstract: A method for managing administrative relationship between an account and a device includes: receiving a device binding request sent from a first terminal, the device binding request carrying a device identifier of a target device broadcasted from the target device and a first account identifier corresponding to a first account that the first terminal logs into; determining a second account identifier corresponding to a second account bound with the target device and serving as a primary administrative account for the target device; transmitting a binding inquiry message to a second terminal that logs into the second account, the binding inquiry message carrying the first account identifier and the device identifier; and recording the first account as an auxiliary administrative account for the target device if a first acknowledgement message corresponding to the binding inquiry message is received from the second terminal.

Abstract: A method for processing interactions between devices, includes: obtaining an interaction triggering message sent from a first device belonging to the gateway and including an identification of the first device; searching for an interaction execution message of a second device corresponding to the interaction triggering message from a pre-stored interaction binding message, according to the identification of the first device, wherein the second device belongs to the gateway and the interaction binding message includes an interaction logic between the first device and the second device; and sending the interaction execution message to the second device, wherein the second device is configured to operate according to the interaction execution message.

Abstract: The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method and an apparatus for controlling a terminal device to access a wireless Local Area Network LAN. When a terminal device needs to connect to the wireless LAN, a smart terminal device firstly acquires first access information of the wireless LAN and validates whether the first access information is correct; and when the first access information is correct, the smart terminal device sends the first access information to the terminal device, such that the terminal device utilizes the first access information to access the wireless LAN. The method can ensure the first access information sent to the terminal device is correct, i.e., the terminal device can successfully access the wireless LAN by utilizing the first access information. Thereby, the method can improve the success rate of accessing the wireless LAN by the terminal device.

Abstract: A method for providing information includes acquiring modified access authentication information after detecting that access authentication information for accessing a gateway device is modified, determining a device to be notified corresponding to the modified access authentication information, and providing the modified access authentication information to the device to be notified.

Abstract: A method and a terminal device for accessing network are provided. The method includes: prompting to input a Service Set Identifier (SSID) and an access password for accessing a router when a network access request is received from an accessing device; comparing the SSID and the access password input with an SSID and an access passwords in a historical network access data record; and transmitting the SSID and the access password input to the accessing device if the SSID and the access password input match the SSID and the access password in the historical network access data record. The accessing device will access a corresponding server based on the SSID and the access password transmitted by the terminal device. The method is applicable to facilitate the accessing device to access network via a terminal device.

Abstract: A method and a device are provided for deleting a smart scene in the field of smart home. The device receives an unbundling notification message indicating that a designated smart device has been successfully unbundled. The device detects whether a target smart scene set with the designated smart device exists among established smart scenes. When a target smart scene set with the designated smart device exists among the established smart scenes, the device deletes the target smart scene. A smart scene set with a smart device is deleted after the designated smart device is successfully unbundled.

Abstract: A method and an apparatus are provided for network access. The method includes: when the smart device has not accessed a home network, the apparatus establishes a wireless local area network. When detecting that there is a terminal accessing the wireless area local network, the apparatus sends a network access request to the terminal. The apparatus receives network configuration information sent by the terminal and accesses the home network according to the network configuration information.

Abstract: Methods and devices are provided for displaying a WIFI list. In the method, the device obtains WIFI types supported by a WIFI smart device. The device classifies WIFI networks to be accessed by the WIFI smart device into at least an accessible group and an inaccessible group according to the WIFI types supported by the WIFI smart device. The device then displays in the WIFI list the WIFI networks classified.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method and a device for controlling power consumption of an electronic device, which belongs to the technical field of smart devices. The method includes determining a type of an operating system of the electronic device, determining a monitoring scheme based on the type of operating system, monitoring in real time whether the operating system currently has a task to perform based on the determined monitoring scheme, and switching the operating system to a reduced power mode from a normal operation mode when the system currently has no task to perform. In the present disclosure, a common power consumption management can be implemented in uniform and brief software architecture. It can facilitate development of a framework, distribution of SDK. Moreover, it can eliminate the need to analyze specific operation characteristics of the devices, independent of the functions of the devices, broadly and flexibly applicable to a variety of devices.

Abstract: Methods and apparatuses are provided for binding a device and a terminal. In the method, the terminal acquires a binding password from a smart home device in a local area network. The terminal transmits a binding request for binding with the smart home device to the server, where the binding request includes a binding password and a user login Identifier (ID). A binding relationship between the user login ID and the smart home device is established by the server when the binding password in the binding request matches with a binding password stored in a server.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for binding a user with a device. The method includes: a terminal sending a binding request to the device in a present local area network. The binding request carries a registered user ID for the user to log into a client program on the terminal. The method further includes: the device determining whether the binding request is sent from the present local area network. When the binding request is sent from the present local area network, the method includes the device sending the binding request to a server for the server to establish a binding relationship between the registered user ID and the device. After the binding relationship is established, the method includes the device receiving a notification message sent by the server for informing that the binding relationship has been established, and the device forwarding the notification message to the terminal.

Abstract: A method and an apparatus for controlling access to a surveillance video are provided. The method includes: acquiring from a user account a view request for viewing a surveillance video file, the view request including authorization information of the user account; performing an identity authentication on the user account according to the authorization information; and allowing a user with the user account to view the surveillance video file when the identity authentication is passed. The present disclosure is used to prohibit freely viewing the surveillance video file.

The router may provide multiple networks using respective frequency bands. The terminal may be connected to the router a first frequency band. The method and terminal may facilitate establishment of a direct communication between the terminal and another terminal that is connected to the router using a network of a second frequency band. The another terminal may be equipped with a circuitry that only supports the second frequency band. The method and terminal describe determining a network that a target communication device is connected to, and connecting the terminal to that network. The terminal may then communicate with the target communication device through the network.

Abstract: A method for reminding a user about a water purifier includes receiving total dissolved solids (TDS) data reported by the water purifier, updating accumulative TDS data corresponding to the water purifier according to the received TDS data, calculating a cleaning period of the water purifier according to the accumulative TDS data and a preset maximum cleaning period, and sending a reminder message to a terminal associated with the water purifier to remind the user to clean the water purifier if the cleaning period satisfies a preset condition. The received TDS data is detected after the water purifier performs water purification and the accumulative TDS data reflects an accumulation of total TDS data of the water purifier since a latest cleaning.

The method includes: receiving a notification message from a control device, wherein the notification message includes address information regarding the control device; receiving quality data of a target object from an appliance configured to process the target object, wherein the quality data of the target object is obtained by measuring quality of the target object by the appliance; and sending an appliance control prompt to the control device according to the address information when determining that the quality data of the target object does not reach a threshold, wherein the appliance control prompt is configured to prompt a user of the control device to start the appliance for processing the target object.
