Abstract: An image editing method and an electronic device including a display unit are provided. In the method, a first image is captured and displayed on the display unit. A first object is extracted from the first image, and a second object in the first image is detected. A second image is captured and the second object in the second image is detected. A movement of the second object is obtained according to the first image and the second image, and the first object on the display unit is moved along with the movement of the second object. Accordingly, an object in a photo can be moved by using images.

Abstract: Data synchronization management methods and systems for use in an electronic device are provided. First, activity log containing information regarding activities of friends of a user in an application within a specific period of time is acquired from a network application server via a network. Next, the activity log is analyzed to determine a frequency of activities of the application in each of time segments of a day. A sync frequency of a data sync procedure for each of the time segments is determined or adjusted according to the frequency of activities of the application in each of the time segments. The data sync procedure is performed with the network application server to update data from the server based on the sync frequency in each of the time segments.

Abstract: A mobile device and an information protection method are presented. The mobile device includes a sensor, a storage and a processor that is electrically connected with the sensor and the storage. The sensor is configured to sense at least one electronic device. The processor is configured to determine an authority of the at least one electronic device and define a protection state for at least one part of the information stored in the storage according to the authority. The information protection method is applied to the mobile device to implement the aforesaid operations.

Abstract: A method for searching wireless signal, a mobile electronic device using the same, and a non-transitory storage medium are provided. In the method, after a motion sensor of the mobile electronic device is activated, a motion status of the mobile electronic device is determined by using the motion sensor. Then, a frequency of the mobile electronic device performing a wireless signal searching procedure is adjusted according to the motion status, so as to reduce power wasted due to the unnecessary wireless signal searching procedure being performed.

Abstract: A method for adjusting a stereo image and an image processing device using the same are provided. The stereo image is displayed on a screen. The method includes following steps. A plurality of depth values of the stereo image are obtained, where a plurality of first depth values correspond to a boundary region of the screen. It is determined whether one of the first depth values is negative parallax. If one of the first depth values is negative parallax, the depth values are adjusted such that the first depth values are not negative parallax. In this way, stereoscopic window violation is avoided.

Abstract: A mobile electronic device and a connection establishment method between the mobile electronic devices are provided. The connection establishment method includes the following steps. When a first mobile electronic device detects a control gesture applied to the first mobile electronic device, whether a second mobile electronic device is searched by the first mobile electronic device is determined, in which the second mobile electronic device detects the same control gesture applied to the second mobile electronic device. If the second mobile electronic device is searched by the first mobile electronic device, a first proximal wireless network connection between the first mobile electronic device and the second mobile electronic device is then established.

Abstract: A method for sharing a digital object over a mesh network is provided in the present invention. The mesh network includes a group owner and a plurality of target devices, and the method is executed by the group owner. The method includes the following steps. First, a table including metadata information is constructed, wherein the metadata information includes an original source of the digital object in the mesh network. Next, the table is distributed to each of the target devices, wherein each of the target devices may downloads the digital object according to the metadata information. The table is updated according to a change of a status of the target devices. Then, the updated table is distributed to each of the target devices. An electronic device is further provided in the present invention so as to embody the aforementioned method.
