  • Patent number: 11925531
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a magnetic dressing and a preparation method and use thereof, belonging to the technical field of pharmaceutical preparations. The magnetic dressing includes a magnetic layer, a drug-loading layer, and a protective layer that are stacked in sequence, where the magnetic layer includes polyvinyl alcohol, gluten, and iron particles. In the present disclosure, a swallowed magnetic dressing is controlled by an external magnetic field, and the magnetic dressing is moved to a pathological position by changing a direction of the external magnetic field; after the external magnetic field is removed, the magnetic dressing changes from a ring to a sheet, thereby completing attachment of an entire lesion surface to complete treatment by autonomous drug release.

  • Publication number: 20240074475
Abstract: A method of preparing a flavor composition containing D-allulose includes: (1) weighing D-allulose, mogroside, steviol glycoside and trichlorosucrose in parts by weight, and mixing them evenly to obtain a mixed powder; (2) degassing, compressing, and rolling the mixed powder, and extruding the raw materials into flakes; and (3) crushing and granulating the shaped flakes to obtain the flavor composition. D-allulose is used as the main raw material, and added high-intensity sweeteners as auxiliary raw materials. After the raw materials are mixed evenly, dry granulation is adopted, and the powder is degassed and pre-compressed by using the crystal water in the raw materials, and squeezed by a hydraulic roller to form a bonding force between the various sweetener molecules to form flakes, and the flakes are processed by processes such as crushing and granulating to obtain the flavor composition granules containing D-allulose with the various sweeteners integrated uniformly as a whole.

  • Publication number: 20230100772
Abstract: A method for training a knowledge graph alignment model includes selecting first candidate entity pairs from first entity pairs based on a predicted alignment probability of each of the first entity pairs, and calculating an alignment difficulty degree of each of the first candidate entity pairs. The method further includes selecting first target entity pairs from the first candidate entity pairs based on the alignment difficulty degree of each of the first candidate entity pairs, acquiring a labeled alignment result of each of the first target entity pairs, and obtaining a trained knowledge graph alignment model according to the predicted alignment probability and the labeled alignment result of each of the first target entity pairs.

  • Publication number: 20220411771
Abstract: Compositions and methods for detecting nucleic acid-protein interactions, or more generally interactions between a nucleic acid and another molecule. A Cas protein (e.g., a catalytically dead Cas13) is fused to a proximity tagging enzyme (e.g., a Pup ligase) and thus brings the proximity tagging enzyme to the proximity of a protein that binds to a nucleic acid, when the Cas protein recognizes the nucleic acid, e.g., through a guide RNA. The proximity tagging enzyme then tags the protein enabling it to be identified as a protein that interacts with the nucleic acid.

  • Patent number: 11028504
Abstract: A multi-level-architecture multi-fiber composite yarn includes a composite yarn having a first anisotropic expansion coefficient in an axial and/or radial direction, and a matrix material included with the yarn, wherein the matrix material has a second anisotropic expansion coefficient that is different from the first anisotropic expansion coefficient in at least one of the axial or radial directions. A method of fabricating a multi-level-architecture multi-fiber composite yarn includes infiltrating a composite yarn having a first anisotropic expansion coefficient in an axial and/or radial directions with a matrix material having a second anisotropic expansion coefficient different from the first anisotropic expansion coefficient in the axial or radial direction.
