    Abstract: The present invention discloses a random access method for user equipment (UE) in time division synchronization code division multiple access (TD-SCDMA) communication system, including the following steps: (a) the system broadcasts the configured ASC and the configuration information thereof to the UE, the UE records these information; (b) the MAC of the UE sends RACH transmission request to the physical layer, the physical layer selects one RACH; (c) the physical layer of the UE randomly selects an uplink synchronization code and an uplink synchronization sub-channel; (d) after the physical layer of the UE transmits the selected uplink synchronization code in the uplink pilot time slot corresponding to the selected uplink synchronization sub-channel, if the UE receives the access confirmation message from the network, the UE completes the uplink synchronization and selects PRACH to send out the message, otherwise, the access to the network is re-performed.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for realizing HARQ in multi-carrier cell, comprising: when distributing high-speed shared resource for UE, Node B distributes the high-speed downlink packet service to N frequencies, and reports the information of the established physical channel, including the frequency information, to RNC and said UE; after Node B establishes the high-speed shared resource for said UE at N frequencies, it establishes N HARQ sub-entities on the HARQ entity built for said UE, each sub-entity independently processes the high-speed downlink packet service at one frequency; correspondingly, said UE also establishes N HARQ sub-entities on the HARQ entity; Node B configures parameters for each HARQ sub-entity and notifies the configuration information to RNC and said UE through upper-level signaling; Node B and UE complete their configuration for each sub-entity of HARQ entity according to the information, and realize the HARQ function in the service.

    Abstract: A method for configuring carrier resources and reporting carrier information of a multi-carrier cell includes a radio network controller (RNC) that configures each carrier with a carrier processing module (CPM) ID in Node B, and Node B allocates a CPM for each carrier based on CPM ID received. The RNC configures a CPM ID for each newly added secondary carrier. Node B allocates a CPM for the secondary carrier based on the CPM ID received. The audit response message and the resource state indication message, which Node B sends to the RNC contains one or more resource state information (RSI) elements of the CPM, and each RSI element contains the ID of the CPM corresponding to it. The configuration of the carrier resources and the report of the carrier RSI during the cell setup, cell reconfiguration, resource indication and audit response of the multi-carrier cell system are realized.
