The wearable apparatus for measuring blood pressure signal comprises an earphone body, an optical sensor and a processing module, wherein the optical sensor is arranged at the earphone body to obtain a multi-wavelength photoplethysmogram (PPG) signal at an ear; the wavelength of the PPG signal is related to the skin attribute of its location; the processing module is used for obtaining a physiological parameter according to the multi-wavelength PPG signal, the physiological parameter comprises a blood pressure signal. Placing the earphone body on the ear is convenient to a user without affecting normal activities of the user so as to perform a long-term monitoring of the user.
