Abstract: A device for treatment of sexual impotence in human males, having two parallel pivotally mounted rods (1) whose ends are provided with arcuate members curved towards each other and forming respectively a glans penis retainer (3) and a penile base retainer (8). The rods (1) establish two control loops (13) curved towards each other and encompassing the penis at its base, as well as at least two stimulating loops (14) curved towards each other and located in the penile active zone.

Abstract: A device for treatment of sexual impotence in human males comprises parallel rods movably interconnected with a possibility of pivoting around their axes, each of the rods being connected to one of the ends of arcuate members which form a glans penis retainer shaped as curved plates, a control retainer and a penile base retainer. The free ends of the arcuate members of the penile base retainer are interconnected through an elastic member provided with a mechanism for reversible adjustment of the degree of its tension and having an eyelet made of the same material as the elastic member.

Abstract: A method for treatment of sexual impotence in men incorporates an external fixing of the penis with the aid of mechanical device, followed by rehabilitation of the sexual potence. According to the invention, rehabilitation is carried out by successive releasing of the penis from fixing through stage-by-stage displacement of the fixing points towards the root of the penis so as to increase the length of penis portion released from fixing and accompanied by regulation of the regional blood flow through the penis by virtue of a mechanical action exerted on the penis at the fixing points.
