Abstract: A balance valve, a battery, and a power consumption apparatus are provided in the embodiments of the present application. The balance valve includes a body, a breathable membrane and a gas barrier structure, where the body is provided with a ventilation channel; the breathable membrane is arranged at one end of the ventilation channel; and, the gas barrier structure is arranged at the other end of the ventilation channel, and the gas barrier structure is configured to open the ventilation channel when the gas pressures inside and outside the gas barrier structure are unbalanced, so as to achieve the gas pressure balance between the inside and outside of the gas barrier structure. The balance valve is applicable to a battery, which could achieve a balance of gas pressures inside and outside the battery when there is a pressure difference between the inside and outside of the battery.

The battery pack includes a battery pack lower box having a box bottom wall, a battery module having a module bottom wall, and a pressure regulating member. The box bottom wall has a module opposition region, and the module opposition region is disposed opposite the module bottom wall. The pressure regulating member is disposed in the module opposition region and has a first side and a second side. The first side is close to a battery top cover and the second side is close to a battery bottom wall. The pressure regulating member has a spacing with the module bottom wall, a spacing from the first side being greater than a spacing from the second side.

Abstract: A vehicular battery pack includes a battery module including a plurality of battery cells that supply power to a motor for driving a vehicle, a bottom plate installed below the battery module, and a surrounding frame disposed on the bottom plate and surrounding the battery module. The surrounding frame includes an extending portion protruding inwardly and connected to the bottom plate. The battery module includes an L-shaped module-end facing the bottom plate and supported by the extending portion.

A pair of end plates are disposed on both end faces of the cell stack in the stacking direction. A mid-plate is disposed in an intermediate portion of the cell stack and has a pair of main faces facing the battery cell, —a plurality of side faces each connecting outer edges of the pair of main faces, and a recess on at least one of the side faces, the recess extending in a cross direction that intersects the stacking direction. A first belt has an outer belt portion disposed outside of the end plate in the stacking direction and an inner belt portion disposed in the recess, the first belt holding the battery cells stacked between the end plate and the mid-plate from both sides in the stacking direction.

Abstract: This application relates to the technical field of battery packs, and a battery pack lower box body, a battery pack, an apparatus, and an assembly method of battery pack lower box body are provided. The battery pack lower box body includes a box frame, a base plate, a stiffening beam, and a stiffener. The base plate is arranged at the bottom of the box frame; the stiffening beam is arranged inside a space enclosed by the box frame and on top of the base plate; and the stiffening beam is fixed to the box fame via the stiffener, and the stiffener is welded to the box frame to form a weld seam, where a length of the weld seam is kept greater than a sum of side lengths of a projection of the stiffening beam onto the box frame.
