Abstract: A method for temperature measurement may be provided. The method may include obtaining an image of an object acquired by an imaging device. The method may also include determining an angle between the object and the imaging device based on the image. The angle may be defined by a reference direction and a direction that the object is facing. The method may further include determining a temperature of the object in response to determining that the angle satisfies a condition based on the image.

Abstract: The present disclosure may provide a temperature determination system. The temperature determination system may obtain a visible image including at least one subject and a thermal image from an image capture device. For each of the at least one subject, the temperature determination system may determine first location information associated with a face of the subject in the visible image and determine a distance between the subject and the image capture device based on the visible image. The temperature determination system may also determine second location information associated with the face in the thermal image based on the first location information associated with the face. The temperature determination system may determine a temperature of the subject based on the second location information associated with the face and the distance between the subject and the image capture device.

Abstract: Systems and methods for smoke detection using object detection devices are provided. The object detection device may include a first imaging component and a moveable component configured to move the first imaging component. The system may obtain a current image of a first subject acquired by the first imaging component at a current time. The system may determine whether the first subject and a second subject among one or more second subjects belong to a same object. In response to determining that the first subject and the one of the one or more second subjects belong to the same object, the system may cause the moveable component to move the first imaging component.

The decoding method specifically includes: parsing a bitstream to determine a basic split mode for a current to-be-decoded picture block and a target derivation mode for a subpicture block of the current to-be-decoded picture block; splitting the current to-be-decoded picture block into N subpicture blocks in the basic split mode, where N is an integer greater than or equal to 2; deriving one derived picture block from at least two adjacent subpicture blocks in the N subpicture blocks in the target derivation mode; and decoding the derived picture block.
