    Abstract: The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of biological products for veterinary medicine, and specifically relates to a recombinant foot-and-mouth disease virus (FMDV) with a reduced immunosuppressive activity, a preparation method and use thereof, and a recombinant vaccine strain. According to the present disclosure, it is firstly discovered that FMDV 3B protein has an immunosuppressive function, and key sites for exerting the immunosuppressive function are found. A recombinant FMDV vaccine strain with a lost immunosuppressive function in FMDV 3B protein is constructed by introducing amino acid mutations into three repeated copies of FMDV 3B protein.

    Abstract: A wall-arranged giant ring-shaped direct-current pulverized coal burner includes burner nozzles arranged on four side furnace walls of a boiler. The burner nozzles on the four side furnace walls form a wall-tangential combustion mode in the furnace, and the burner nozzles on each side furnace wall are arranged in a ring by a plurality of small nozzles to form a giant ring-shaped combined nozzle. There is a plurality of small nozzles arranged in a ring on each side furnace wall to form a giant ring-shaped combined nozzle. The giant ring-shaped combined nozzles on the four side furnace walls may form a wall- tangential combustion mode in the furnace. Through the mutual entrainments of the multiple airflows in the giant ring-shaped combined nozzle and the mutual support of the fireside and back-fire-side airflows, the stiffness of each airflow may be effectively enhanced.

    Abstract: Technologies are described herein for allowing a user of an interactive summary table to specify multi-condition data filters to modify the data displayed in the summary table. A user interface is displayed to the user that allows the user to specify a multi-condition data filter. The specification of the multi-condition data filter includes a set of filter conditions connected by logical operators. One or more filter expressions are parsed from the specification of the multi-condition data filter based on the filter conditions and the logical operators, and the filter expressions are applied to the summary data from which the summary table is displayed.
