The response data corresponding to the request carries information indicating an invoker to which the request belongs. Further, for the response data corresponding to each request, an invoker to which the response data corresponding to the request belongs can be identified based on the information that is carried in the response data corresponding to the request and that is used to indicate the invoker to which the request belongs, and the response data corresponding to the request can be returned to the invoker to which the response data corresponding to the request belongs.

Abstract: This application relates to the field of cellular communication technologies, and discloses a method for using cellular communication, and a related apparatus and system, whose objective is to share all cellular communication functions of a second device with a first device for use. The distributed cellular communication module of the first device forwards a received cellular communication service request to the second device, and then receives response data corresponding to the cellular communication service request and returned by the distributed cellular communication module of the second device, where the response data corresponding to the cellular communication service request is obtained by performing processing by a Modem of the second device, and then the first device uses the Modem of the second device to process all cellular communication service requests of the first device, to have all cellular communication capabilities of the second device.

The method includes: obtaining a movement speed of a terminal; determining a signal strength offset value based on the movement speed; obtaining signal strength of a serving cell and signal strength of at least one neighboring cell, where the serving cell is a cell on which the terminal currently camps, and the neighboring cell is a cell in which the terminal can receive a signal; determining whether a sum of signal strength of a first neighboring cell in the at least one neighboring cell and the offset value is greater than or equal to a preset threshold; and if the sum of the signal strength of the first neighboring cell and the offset value is greater than or equal to the preset threshold, accessing, by the terminal, the first neighboring cell.
