    Abstract: A powder-based three-dimensional printing (3DP) method, device and system, and a computer-readable storage medium. The method includes: analyzing printing images of layers corresponding to a part to be printed to determine a target print image and adding a preset mark to the target print image which includes a print image of a target layer that causes a previous powder layer of the target layer to displace during printing; acquiring an image to be printed of a current layer to be printed; identifying the image to be printed to determine whether the preset mark exists on the image to be printed; and if yes, processing the current layer to be printed and/or a previous powder layer of the current layer to be printed such that the previous powder layer of the current layer does not move with powder spreading of the current layer.

The method includes: segmenting a source point cloud and a destination point cloud respectively into different categories of attribute features based on semantic; segmenting the source point cloud and the destination point cloud into a plurality of grids based on the attribute features; calculating a current similarity between the source point cloud and the destination point cloud based on the plurality of grids; determining whether the current similarity and a current iterative number satisfy a preset condition; when the current similarity and the current iterative number satisfy the preset condition, performing a registration on the source point cloud and the destination point cloud to obtain a registered result; and based on the registered result, adjusting a position of the source point cloud, updating the current iterative number.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a 3DP dislocated printing method and system. During layer-by-layer powder laying printing, printing heads are circularly closed and opened along a plurality of spray holes in two sides of the width direction, so that the spray positions of printing areas on adjacent layers corresponding to a same spray hole are mutually staggered. When individual spray holes of the printing heads are blocked, the corresponding positions of the blocked spray holes in the adjacent layers are also mutually staggered, and the problem of interruption of sections of a printing module caused by the phenomenon of missing spray of binders due to the blockage of individual spray holes on a single layer does not occur, thereby improving the 3DP printing efficiency, and reducing maintenance costs of the printing heads. The present invention also relates to a 3DP comprehensive printing method.
