    Abstract: A blockchain network management method includes a management platform receiving an inter-blockchain application submitted by a user; and invoking a blockchain platform management interface based on the inter-blockchain application to install an inter-blockchain contract for a first blockchain network and a second blockchain network separately. The inter-blockchain contract is used by the first blockchain network and the second blockchain network to establish a connection to a relay apparatus separately, and perform an inter-blockchain transaction via the relay apparatus. The management platform installs an inter-blockchain contract for different blockchain networks such as a heterogeneous blockchain network through a same set of blockchain platform management interfaces, to integrate an inter-blockchain capability, and truly streamline services of the blockchain networks. Data can be migrated between different blockchain networks without adapting to a heterogeneous kernel.

The execution node of the second tenant generates incremental configuration information of the channel based on the new channel configuration information and old channel configuration information of the channel, and sends the incremental configuration information to a consensus organization. Each blockchain node group that has joined the channel obtains, from the consensus organization, a block including the incremental configuration information, and adds the block to a stored blockchain, to reach a consensus that the target blockchain node group joins the channel. The target blockchain node group is configured based on the incremental configuration information to join the channel.
