    Abstract: An embodiment of the present application relates to the field of communication technologies, and particularly to a data offloading method and a gateway, for achieving data offloading and relieving pressure on a core network. The data offloading method according to the embodiment of the present application is applied to a long term evolution (LTE) system including a base station, a gateway, a core network, and a local server, wherein the base station establishes a link with the core network via the gateway and the base station establishes a link with the local server via the gateway. The method comprises: a gateway receives a first data packet transmitted by a base station, wherein the first data packet comprises first data; and the gateway transmits the first data to a local server upon determining that the first data packet is not a VoLTE data packet in an LTE system, thereby achieving offloading of non-VoLTE data and thus relieving the pressure on a core network.

    Abstract: Disclosed in the present invention are a data transmission method and processing method, and a device, which are used for improving the compression effect on an original message during tunnel transmission, wherein the data transmission method comprises: obtaining an original message to be transmitted and a current reference message, the current reference message and the original message being transmitted in the same tunnel; differentiating and compressing the original message and the current reference message to obtain an information message; encapsulating the information message by using a tunneling protocol to generate a tunnel message, the tunnel message comprising a compression information header, and the compression information header comprising a reference message identifier corresponding to the current reference message; and sending the tunnel message. With the disclosed method, each message in the same tunnel have a certain correlation.

The method involves: a first device receiving at least one group of first data packets sent by a second device; with regard to each group of first data packets in the at least one group of first data packets, executing the operation of the first device carrying out FEC coding on M VoLTE data packets comprised in the group of first data packets to obtain N FEC redundant data packets; adding FEC group information, corresponding to each data packet, to each data packet among the M VoLTE data packets and N FEC redundant data packets; and sending, to a third device, the M VoLTE data packets and N FEC redundant data packets with the FEC group information added thereto.
