Abstract: Disclosed are a cell-free fat extract and a preparation method therefor and the method of use thereof. The cell-free fat extract is used for preparing a composition or a preparation, wherein the composition or preparation is used in a method of: preventing and/or treating acute respiratory distress syndrome and/or acute lung injury, preventing and/or treating hypoxemia, improving pulmonary tissue inflammations, improving pulmonary tissue injuries, preventing and/or treating systemic inflammatory response syndrome, and preventing and/or treating multiple organ failure.

Abstract: A use of acellular adipose tissue extract in promoting hair growth and retention. The acellular adipose tissue extract contains one or more components selected from the following: an insulin-like growth factor, a brain-derived neurotrophic factor, a glia-derived neurotrophic factor, a vascular endothelial growth factor, a liver growth factor, transforming growth factor ?, a basic fibroblast growth factor, a platelet-derived growth factor, an epidermal growth factor, a granulocyte colony stimulating factor, or a combination thereof.

Abstract: A fat extract without added ingredients can be used in the preparation of a composition or product for one or more uses amongst (a) promoting proliferation of fibroblasts; (b) promoting anti-aging of fibroblasts; and (c) promoting production of type I collagen in fibroblasts. The preparation method for the fat extract without added ingredients, a pharmaceutical or cosmetic composition containing the fat extract without added ingredients, and a method for culturing fibroblasts in vitro are also provided. The fat extract without added ingredients can effectively and cooperatively inhibit skin aging, prevent fibroblast apoptosis, promote fibroblast proliferation and collagen synthesis, and promote skin rejuvenation.
