An extension direction of the plurality of grating electrodes is a first direction; a size L11 of a first supporting pillar of the plurality of first supporting pillars along the first direction is greater than a size W11 of the supporting pillar along a second direction; the first direction and the second direction are both parallel to a plane where the first substrate is located; and the first direction is perpendicular to the second direction.
