In the present disclosure, an efficient MEC reactor is constructed based on a MEC sensing technology; meanwhile, combined with a continuous short-cycle test method and a supporting data calculation method, a rapid test method is obtained, and can be applied to various types of complex organic wastewater that does not have a biologically toxic substance and is greater than 5 mg BOD/L.
