    Abstract: A brake system for a motor vehicle, particularly a commercial vehicle, includes at least one electronic control unit, at least one parking brake device, and at least one wheel-blocking detection device. The wheel-blocking detection device is configured to: detect at least one blocking condition of one or more wheels of the motor vehicle, generate at least one blocking condition signal in response to the detected blocking condition, and transmit the blocking condition signal to the electronic control unit. The electronic control unit is configured to control the parking brake device such that, in a moving condition of the motor vehicle, at least one gradual actuation of the parking brake device is reduced or stopped if the blocking condition signal is generated.

    Abstract: A method and device are provided for identifying at least one fault in a regeneration path of a pneumatic system in a motor vehicle. The method, in which air is conducted from a regeneration air reservoir through a drying cartridge in order to regenerate the drying cartridge, is characterized in that at least one physical parameter of the air is acquired in a component of the regeneration path, the at least one physical parameter is analyzed by a calculation unit in order for a fault to be identified, and the result of the analysis is further processed.

    Abstract: A compressed air supply system for a commercial vehicle includes a compressed air inlet that can be coupled to a compressor, a filter unit that is coupled to the compressed air inlet via a delivery line, a discharge valve unit that is coupled to a discharge outlet and the delivery line, an energy saving control output that can be coupled to a control input of the compressor, a first valve unit and a second valve unit, wherein the discharge value unit, the energy saving control output, and the regeneration of the filter unit can be controlled via the value units. A first control input of the discharge value unit, the energy saving control output and the regeneration of the filter unit can be controlled via the first value unit. A second control input of the discharge value unit can be controlled via the second value unit. A method is provided for operating the compressed air supply system.
