Abstract: The present disclosure provides a computing system, a method of operating the computing system, and a non-transitory tangible computer readable medium for providing cloud-computing services via a data communication network arrangement to one or more users. The computing system includes a data server arrangement for providing the cloud-computing services. The data server arrangement includes a tokenized accounting arrangement for controlling the data server arrangement for providing services to the one or more users. The data server arrangement further includes at least one application program interface (API) layer that is operable to manage and monitor user utilization of the data server arrangement via the tokenized accounting arrangement.
