Abstract: The present invention discloses an automatic wire feeding binding machine and a wire feeding control method based on an electrical signal. The automatic wire feeding binding machine comprises a wire feeding nozzle, a driving wire feeding wheel, a driven wire feeding wheel, a wire feeding motor, a processor, and a reel for providing a binding wire. The wire feeding motor is controlled by the processor to drive the driving wire feeding wheel to rotate. Conductive portions are provided on at least one of the driving wire feeding wheel and the driven wire feeding wheel and on the wire feeding nozzle. The automatic wire feeding binding machine is provided with a wire feeding control circuit.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a knotting control method for a binding machine, the binding machine comprising a rounding mechanism, a wire twisting mechanism, a driving wire feeding wheel, a trigger and a motor for driving the wire twisting mechanism to rotate, wherein, the method comprises: according to a first input signal generated by a user pressing the trigger, controlling the driving wire feeding wheel to convey a binding wire to the rounding mechanism at a preset feeding amount; controlling the wire twisting mechanism to rapidly twist the binding wire at a preset first speed, and monitoring the output torque of the motor in the wire twisting process; when the output torque reaches a set value, controlling the wire twisting mechanism to slowly twist the binding wire at a preset second speed along the same direction for a preset number of turns.

Abstract: A hot cathode fluorescent lamp without filament includes a tube having a phosphor layer coated on an inner surface thereof and being filled with an amalgam and an inert gas, two electrodes sealedly provided at two ends of the tube respectively wherein at least one of the electrodes, which is made of metallic anti-evaporation material having a melting point of at least 1500° C., has an oxide layer coated on an outer surface of the electrode, and a peripheral circuit electrically coupled with the electrodes, wherein two outer wires are electrically extended from the electrodes to an exterior of the tube respectively, wherein the tube has an inner operation pressure in a range from 400 to 2600 pascal.
