    Abstract: A calibration apparatus includes a processor, an alignment device, and an arm. The alignment device captures images in a three-dimensional space, and a tool is arranged on a flange of the arm. The processor records a first matrix of transformation between an end-effector coordinate-system and a robot coordinate-system, and performs a tool calibration procedure according to the images captured by the alignment device for obtaining a second matrix of transformation between a tool coordinate-system and the end-effector coordinate-system. The processor calculates relative position of a tool center point of the tool in the robot coordinate-system based on the first and second matrixes, and controls the TCP to move in the three-dimensional space for performing a positioning procedure so as to regard points in an alignment device coordinate-system as points of the TCP, and calculates the relative positions of points in the alignment device coordinate-system and in the robot coordinate-system.

Before the controlling unit controls the two robotic arms to perform an assembling operation based on the graphical program, a manager may directly drag the two robotic arms through the point-teaching tool, so as to implement a point-teaching procedure for the two robotic arms.     Abstract: The present invention discloses a quasi-zero-stiffness (QZS) based six-degree-of-freedom (6-DOF) absolute displacement and attitude measurement device. A lower end coil and an upper end coil are respectively charged with currents in the opposite directions; The electromagnetic field and the magnetic fields of an upper magnet and a lower magnet per se are mutually acted to produce an electromagnetic stiffness opposite to the stiffness of a spring. The stiffness of the whole leg is close to zero stiffness. When the to-be-measured platform generates space motion, the reference platform is in the stationary state. At this point, the deformation amounts of the six legs can be measured by laser displacement sensors. The six deformation amounts are respectively inputted into the displacement and attitude resolver, and by forward kinematic solution of the 6-DOF device, the displacement and the attitude of the to-be-measured platform can be obtained.

    Abstract: A method for improving excavating operation characteristic and grading operation characteristic of an excavator is disclosed. A hydraulically controlled selector valve is added in a boom confluence control circuit of a hydraulic excavator, and a solenoid valve group is added in the boom confluence control circuit and the bucket/stick confluence control circuit. A controller sends a control signal to switch the solenoid valve group between a disconnected mode and a connected mode. The controller may send out a signal to disconnect the solenoid valve group, to restore a valve spool to a middle position, to restore a boom lifting confluence circuit, and to disconnect a bucket/stick swinging confluence circuit to perform a standard excavation mode. The controller may send out a signal to connect the solenoid valve group to disconnect a boom lifting confluence circuit and to increase a bucket/stick swinging confluence circuit to achieve a grading operation mode.
