Abstract: The disclosure relates to methods and materials for treating cancer. For example, recombinant vaccinia viruses having the ability to direct the expression of membrane-bound IL-12 polypeptides on the surface of infected cells and methods for using such recombinant vaccinia viruses to treat cancer are provided. Specifically, the disclosure provides a recombinant vaccinia virus comprising a vaccinia virus genome comprising a nucleic acid encoding an IL-12p35 polypeptide sequence and an IL-12p40 polypeptide sequence, wherein one of the polypeptide sequences comprises a membrane anchoring polypeptide sequence.

Abstract: The invention discloses a printer with a Universal Serial Bus (USB) interface, and its driver installing method and system, wherein the printer with the USB interface includes a USB interface and a printing mechanism and further includes: a controller, and a first memory connected with the controller and storing a driver of the printer, wherein the first memory further stores a device identification, wherein the type of the device identification includes a memory device identification and a printing device identification. By using the invention, a driver of a USB device can be installed conveniently.
