  • Publication number: 20230257328
Abstract: A method for separating mixed xylene includes steps that the mixed xylene is subjected to adsorption separation by means of an adsorbent having a metal organic framework material, so that one or more of xylene isomers are separated out. An organic ligand in the metal organic framework material is 2,5-dihydroxy-1,4-benzoquinone. Xylene isomers can be effectively separated using this method.

  • Patent number: 11214530
Abstract: A method for the separation of C4 olefin mixtures using anion-pillared hybrid porous materials as physical adsorbents is provided. The anion-pillared hybrid porous material was constructed by metal ions (M), organic ligand (L), and inorganic anion (A), forming a three-dimensional structure (A-L-M). C4 olefin mixtures contact with hybrid porous materials in certain ways, then each single C4 olefin monomer can be obtained. The pore size of anion-pillared hybrid porous materials and the spatial configurations of the anions within the pores can be fine-tuned and pre-designed. C4 olefins with different size and shape can be efficiently separated by the anion-pillared hybrid porous materials through shape recognition and size-sieving mechanism.

  • Publication number: 20210269615
Abstract: Disclosed is a method of removing volatile organic compounds from sponges by using supercritical/subcritical fluid, The method includes the following steps: placing the sponge block to be treated in the extraction kettle; feeding the critical flow medium into the extraction kettle; performing extraction under the supercritical or subcritical conditions of the critical flow medium; releasing pressure to normal pressure after extraction; and separating to obtain devolatilized sponge. The volatile removal device used in the disclosure is a supercritical extraction equipment, which can adopt static extraction or dynamic extraction or a combination of the two. CO2 releases pressure in the separating kettle after contacting the sponge to be treated in the device for mass transfer for a certain period, when the static extraction devolatilization is carried out.

  • Patent number: 10526260
Abstract: A method for the adsorption separation of propylene and propyne, comprising selectively adsorbing propyne from a mixed gas of propylene and propyne using an anion-containing metal-organic framework material as an adsorbing agent so as to obtain a purified propylene gas. The anion-containing metal-organic framework material is used as an adsorbing agent in the method, and the adsorbing agent is a kind of highly ordered microporous organic-inorganic hybrid material, with the pore size thereof being adjustable within the range of 0.4-1.2 nm, and the pore volume thereof being adjustable within the range of 0.1-1.2 cm3/g. A large number of anionic active sites and a highly ordered spatial arrangement thereof allow the adsorbing agent to exhibit excellent propyne adsorption properties. Thus, the adsorbing agent has a very high propyne selectivity and adsorption volume.
