    Abstract: The present invention discloses a network side device, user equipment, and a spectrum sharing method thereof. The method includes: acquiring load information of a first and a second systems; acquiring a cycle period of a shared frequency of the first and the second systems; obtaining time slice allocation information according to the load information of the first and the second system, and the cycle period, where the time slice allocation information includes a first and a second time slice; and sending the time slice allocation information to user equipment, so that the user equipment performs data transmission at the first time slice by using the first system and performs data transmission at the second time slice by using the second system and by using the shared frequency. By means of the foregoing manner, a shared frequency can be allocated, so that efficiency of transmitting system data can be effectively improved.

    Abstract: A method for transmitting data streams in a multiple input multiple output (MIMO) system is provided, where each data stream is mapped to multiple layers in an MIMO channel space for transmission, and the method includes: performing inter-layer interleaving for N data streams to obtain N interleaved data streams; mapping the N interleaved data streams respectively to N layers in the MIMO channel space, and transmitting the N interleaved data streams that are mapped to the N layers. By using the method of the present invention, a combined CQI can be used in a better way to improve MIMO transmission performance. Further, an impact of inter-layer interference is canceled by using an interference cancellation technology (for example, an SIC technology) based on the inter-layer interleaving.

    Abstract: A method, a user equipment and a base station are provided. The method is for transmitting Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request-Acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) information in a communication system in which two carriers are configured, which includes: a user equipment encodes a codeword of the two carriers. The codeword represents encoded HARQ-ACK information of a first carrier and a second carrier according to a specific encoding scheme of dual-carrier configured with Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (DC-MIMO). The user equipment then transmits the encoded codeword of the two carriers to a base station. Therefore, bit error ratio (BER) and detection error cost are decreased, power overhead is saved, and a cubic metric (CM) value of the system is not affected, thereby enhancing the performance of the system.
