A preparation method of the PGE2-primed MSC product includes conducting mixed culture on PGE2 and MSCs to obtain the PGE2-primed MSC product. The PGE2 and the MSCs are subjected to the mixed culture to enhance functions of the MSCs, promote migration of the MSCs to injury sites, strengthen anti-inflammatory effects of the MSCs, facilitate MSC proliferation, effectively relieve various lung injuries, and accelerate regeneration of injured alveolar epithelial cells.
