    Abstract: In certain aspects, a three-dimensional (3D) memory device includes channel structures in a first region, word line pick-up structures in a dielectric portion of a second region, and word lines each extending in the first region and a conductive portion of the second region. The first region and the second region are arranged in a first direction. The dielectric portion and the conductive portion of the second region are arranged in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. The word lines are discontinuous in the dielectric portion of the second region and are electrically connected to the word line pick-up structures, respectively.

    Abstract: In certain aspects, a method for forming a three-dimensional (3D) memory device is disclosed. A stack structure including interleaved first dielectric layers and second dielectric layers is formed. Channel structures extending through the first dielectric layers and the second dielectric layers in a first region of the stack structure are formed. All the second dielectric layers in the first region and parts of the second dielectric layers in a second region of the stack structure are replaced with conductive layers. Word line pick-up structures extending through the first dielectric layers and remainders of the second dielectric layers in the second region of the stack structure are formed at different depths, such that the word line pick-up structures are electrically connected to the conductive layers, respectively, in the second region of the stack structure.

    Abstract: A rotating cutter single cone bit includes a bit body and a cone that is rotatably coupled to the bit body. Cutters are arranged on the cone. At least one cutter on the cone is a rotating cutter. The rotating cutter forms a rotational connection with the cone. The geometric center of the front cutting face of the rotating cutter or the front cutting face of the rotating cutter is offset from the rotating axis of the rotating cutter, and the geometric center of the rear cutting face or the rear cutting face of the rotating cutter is on the same side of the offset of the front cutting face. The front cutting face is closer to the rotating axis of the rotating cutter than the rear cutting face. The rotating cutter is rotatable about the rotating axis of the rotating cutter on the cone.

    Abstract: An organic light-emitting material, a method for the preparation thereof and use thereof are provided. The organic light-emitting material is a novel organic light-emitting material containing phosphine, has a high electron-transport property and a high fluorescence quantum efficiency, can be used as an emitting layer material and/or an electron transport layer material in an OLED element. Thus, an emitting layer and an electron transport layer in a traditional OLED element can be combined as one layer, thereby simplifying the structure and preparation process of the OLED element. Also, the organic light-emitting material has a specific response to oxygen, metal ions, etc., so that the organic light-emitting material can also be applied in the fields of chemo-biological detection, bio-imaging, anti-counterfeiting, etc. There are advantages of simple synthesis and purification, high yield, and adjustment of its luminous wavelength, luminous efficiency, etc. by introducing different functional groups.
