Abstract: A device for squeezing and dehydrating refined cotton is provided, the device includes a base, a dehydrating device body arranged on the base and a pre-dehydrating drum arranged on the dehydrating device body, wherein the dehydrating device body includes a dehydrating box body installed on the upper surface of the base and a dehydrating box cover fitting on the opening of the surface of the dehydrating box body, the pre-dehydrating drum is installed on and penetrates through the upper surface of the dehydrating box cover, a box-opening drive unit arranged on the base is used to drive the dehydrating box cover to move up and down; by ways of configuring a pre-dehydrating drum to cooperate with a pre-dehydrating plate and a laying-off baffle, a pre-dehydrating mechanism to operate with a squeezing and dehydrating mechanism, a pre-dehydrating board cooperates with the pre-dehydrating mechanism.

Abstract: A device for pretreating refined cotton and a method of use thereof are provided. The device includes a body frame including a lower baseplate, four columns mounted on the upper surface of the lower baseplate, and an upper baseplate mounted at the top of the four columns, a first rotation shafts are fixed on the front and rear sides of a pretreatment drum, a lateral support is rotationally installed on the outer surface of the first rotation shaft; a power drive mechanism, a material-allocating mechanism and a reciprocating swing mechanism cooperate with a spraying mechanism, the stroke switch of the material-allocating mechanism cooperates with the power drive mechanism to achieve the forward and backward movement of the power drive mechanism, cooperates with the reciprocating swing mechanism to achieve the repeated swinging of the pretreatment drum, cooperates with the material-allocating mechanism to achieve the repeated fluctuation of the material.

Abstract: A process for producing refined cotton with a high polymerization degree includes: a. selection of material; b. impurity removal; c. impregnation; d. pretreatment: compounding triethanolamine, sodium carbonate, copper sulfate and magnesium oxide in equal proportion to form a cooking compound adjuvant with a mass concentration of 0.2-0.5%, putting the cooking compound adjuvant into a spherical digester together with the cotton linter subjected to the impregnation treatment, heating to 70 C, stopping heating, and subjecting to idling pretreatment for 40-60 min; e. cooking; f. cooling of the spherical digester; g. formulating a chlorine dioxide bleaching stabilization solution; h. a first stage of bleaching; I. alkali treatment; J. a second stage of bleaching; K. dechlorination; and l. rolling and drying by baking.
