  • Patent number: 11946618
Abstract: A lighting apparatus includes a solar plate, a battery, a driver module, a light source, a lens tube, a main housing and a plugging bar. The solar plate converts a sunlight to an electricity. The battery stores the electricity. The driver module converts the electricity stored in the battery to a driving current. The solar plate is placed on a top side of the driver module and the light source is placed on a bottom side of the driver module. The lens tube has a top opening and a bottom opening. The top opening has a larger size than the bottom opening. The top opening is closer to the light source than the bottom opening. A light of the light source is emitted via a lateral lens surface of the lens tube between the top opening and the bottom opening.

  • Publication number: 20240027397
Abstract: A system for capturing full resolution ion mobility data includes an ion mobility separation device that receives ions, guides a portion thereof, and separates the guided ions based on mobility. An ion detector receives the ions, detects ions having a predefined mass-to-charge ratio during a time period, and generates a responsive signal(s). A data acquisition system receives the signal(s) from the detector and generates a time dependent ion signal representing intensity of the signal(s) at different arrival time periods during the time period. A system for performing multi-analyte targeted data acquisition includes an ion mobility separation device that receives a stream of ions, guides a portion of the ions, and separates the ions based on mobility. An ion detector receives the ions and switches from detecting a first mass-to-charge ratio during a first arrival time to detecting a second mass-to-charge ratio during a second arrival time of a first scan.

  • Patent number: 9132398
Abstract: A microfluidic device for analyzing a sample of interest is provided. The microfluidic device can comprise a microfluidic device body, wherein the microfluidic device body comprises a sample preparation area, a nucleic acid amplification area, a nucleic acid analysis area, and a network of fluid channels. Each of the sample preparation area, the nucleic acid amplification area and the nucleic acid analysis area are fluidly interconnected to at least one of the other two areas by at least one of the fluid channels. Using the microfluidic device, sample preparation can be combined with amplification of a biologically active molecule, and a suitable biological sample can be provided for analysis and/or detection of a molecule of interest. The small-scale apparatus and methods provided are easier, faster, less expensive, and equally efficacious compared to larger scale equipment for the preparation and analysis of a biological sample.
