    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method and a system for managing neighboring cell information. The method includes: a radio network controller sends a notification message to user equipment (UE), wherein the notification message includes an indication which notifies the UE to measure inter-frequency cells which are not in an inter-frequency neighboring cell list or inter-system cells which are not in an inter-system neighboring cell list; after receiving the notification message, the UE measures the inter-frequency cells, which are not in the inter-frequency neighboring cell list, indicated in the notification message, or measures the inter-system cells, which are not in the inter-system neighboring cell list, indicated in the notification message, and reports the measurement result.

    Abstract: A realizing method of emergency registration is disclosed. When the user equipment in the visited network initiates an emergency registration request, the method comprises the following steps: after P-CSCF of the visited network receives the emergency registration request sent from the user equipment, it forwards the message to S-CSCF of the home network. The S-CSCF sets the emergency registration expiration time according to the setting policy for emergency registration expiration time, includes it into the emergency registration response sent to the P-CSCF which retrieves the emergency registration expiration time from the emergency registration response and sends the message to the user equipment, which in turn retrieves the emergency registration expiration time from the emergency registration response.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method and device for generating and mapping a Channel State Information Reference Signal (CSI-RS) sequence, and the method includes: generating a pseudo-random sequence according to a pseudo-random sequence initial value, performing a Quadrature Phase-Shift Keying (QPSK) modulation on the pseudo-random sequence, and obtaining a first CSI-RS sequence according to maximum bandwidth of system; and cutting the first CSI-RS sequence according to the actual bandwidth of the system, obtaining a second CSI-RS sequence, and mapping the second CSI-RS sequence to a time frequency location of a CSI-RS antenna port. The CSI-RS reference signal sequence can be generated or obtained respectively at the UE terminal and eNB terminal in accordance with the stated methods for generating and mapping the reference sequence according to known parameters by the present invention, so that the calculated CSI-RS sequence can be utilized to measure the channel at the UE terminal.
