The signal processing method includes: a network-side device sends configuration information to a terminal, where the configuration information includes information for indicating a time-frequency resource position at which a low-power wake-up LP-WUS signal is located and information for indicating a time-frequency resource position at which a beacon signal is located, where the LP-WUS signal and the beacon signal do not overlap in a time domain resource position and/or the LP-WUS signal and the beacon signal do not overlap in a frequency domain resource position; and sends the LP-WUS signal and/or the beacon signal to the terminal. The terminal receives the configuration information, and receives the LP-WUS signal and/or the beacon signal according to the configuration information.

The conflict processing method includes: performing, by a first device, a target operation in a case that there is a conflict between transmission of first information and transmission of second information.
