    Abstract: This application discloses a converter and a power adapter, to reduce an energy loss of the power adapter. The converter includes: a DC power supply, a primary power transistor, an auxiliary power transistor, a first capacitor, a transformer, and a control circuit. The first capacitor is connected in series to the transformer to form a series circuit, the series circuit is connected in parallel to a first terminal and a second terminal of the auxiliary power transistor. The control circuit is configured to: when an excitation current in the transformer is in a continuous state, regulate a target voltage to a preset voltage threshold, and control the primary power transistor to be turned on when first dead time ends, where the target voltage is a voltage between the first terminal of the primary power transistor and the ground.

    Abstract: This application provides a switching conversion circuit, including: a power module, supplying power to a switching conversion module and an IC controller; and the switching conversion module is an asymmetrical half-bridge flyback structure and includes at least a first switching transistor, a second switching transistor, a first capacitor, and a transformer. The transformer includes a first secondary-side winding and a second secondary-side winding, and the first secondary-side winding of the transformer is coupled to a load. The IC controller turns on the first switching transistor or the second switching transistor based on a value of a first voltage, so that the switching conversion module enters an operating state to supply power to the load; and turns off the first switching transistor and the second switching transistor based on a value of a second voltage, so that the switching conversion module stops supplying power to the load.

    Abstract: Provided is a preparation method of losartan, which is prepared by reacting a cyano group-containing intermediate represented by formula (I) with an azide reagent in toluene in the presence of a catalyst; wherein, after the reaction is completed, azide ions are removed by means of the following process: adding water to divide the reaction system into three layers, separating the intermediate layer and adding n-butanol to the intermediate layer for dilution, and adding triphenylphosphine to the resulting diluted solution so as to remove residual azide ions from the diluted solution. The preparation method provided by the present invention does not need to use sodium nitrite, thus fundamentally eliminating the formation of genotoxic impurities nitrosamines.
