Tissue paper case structure having appropriate stacking restriction

The present invention discloses a tissue paper case structure having an appropriate stacking restriction, comprising a case body and a lifting plate; wherein the case body has a corresponsive protruding member being disposed at a predetermined position on sidewalls at the top section; the lifting plate being disposed in the interior of the case body, and has a plurality of latch holes on both sides of the lifting plate; and the above structure constitutes the case structure. In addition, the lifting plate is placed into the case body so that both sides of the lifting plate pass through the upper flange of the protruding member at a predetermined height, and it allows a stack of neatly folded tissue paper sheets being placed in the case body, and a lid is used to cover the case body, so that the user can draw the tissue paper out from the opening of the lid. When the tissue paper being used to a certain quantity, the level of the stacked tissue paper drops, and the user can lift the lifting plate to a higher position according to the dropped level of the stacked tissue paper, and allows the protruding ear to be latched into the position of the latching holes. Such lift can give a better access for the user. Since the lifting plate is disposed inside the case body, therefore when the upper lid is closed, the sides of the lifting plate is higher than the height of the case surface which provides an appropriate clipping for another case body when several tissue paper box are stacked one on top of the other one, and attains a better stacking and positioning effect.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] 1. Field of the Invention

[0002] The present invention relates to a tissue paper case structure having appropriate stacking restriction, more particularly to a tissue paper case in which the tissue paper can be lifted to a desired level for easier access when some of them have been drawn out of the case structure. In addition, when these cases are stacked one on top of the other, it provides an appropriate way to secure these stacked cases.

[0003] 2. Description of the Related Art

[0004] Please refer to FIGS. 1 and 2 for the traditional tissue case structure, wherein the tissue paper (A) is neatly stacked and placed into the case body (B), and an opening (C) being formed at the top surface of the case body (B) so that the user can draw the tissue paper (A) in sequence. It can be used, but has the following shortcomings:

[0005] (1) When the tissue paper is used up to a certain quantity, the level of stacked tissue paper will drop below the opening (C). Since the area of the opening (C) is not very large, the user generally has to search for the tissue paper by fingers in order to draw the tissue paper for use, which is not convenient to use.

[0006] (2) As mentioned before, if the user wants to draw the tissue paper from the case body (B), it usually occurs when the user's hand or body is dirty or wet. If the tissue paper (A) is deep down in the case body (B), the dirt or water on the user's finger will be brought into the case body (B) and contaminate the tissue paper (A). In addition of damaging the cleanliness of the tissue, it may even spread the germs, which is exactly the opposite from the original intention to provide a convenient and sanitary way to draw tissue paper.

[0007] (3) Regardless the user or the seller, when those tissue paper case bodies (B) are displayed, they usually are stacked one on top of the other in order to reduce the space. Since the tissue paper (A) is very light, it does not give a secure stacking when they are displayed. If external forces such as collision or shock are exerted, the entire tissue paper cases will fall, which is inconvenient and unsafe.

[0008] In summation of the above description about the prior art that needs to have a breakthrough, the present inventor herein enhances the performance of the conventional structure by performing research and development to provide an easy and safe way of drawing and displaying the tissue paper.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0009] The main objective of this invention is to provide a tissue paper case structure having appropriate stacking restriction, so that the user can easily draw the tissue paper from the case body.

[0010] Another objective of this invention is to provide a convenient and safe way to display the tissue paper.

[0011] To make it easier for our examiner to understand the objective of the invention, its structure, innovative features, and its performance, we use a preferred embodiment together with the attached drawings for the detailed description of the invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0019] Please refer to FIGS. 3 and 4 for issue paper case structure having appropriate stacking restriction, which comprises a case body 1, a lifting plate 2 wherein the upper lid 11 of the case body 1 has an opening 12 characterized in that a protruding ear 13 is disposed at the predetermined position at the top on each of the both sidewalls of the lifting plate 2, and the lifting plate 2 is substantially in U-shape and corresponding to the internal side of the case body 1. A plurality of bar holes 21 are equidistantly disposed on both sides of the lifting plate 2. By means of the above-described structure, the lifting plate 2 is placed correspondingly into the case body 1 such that the protruding ear 13 on both sides of the lifting plate 2 passes through the upper flange of a predetermined height, and then place the tiny pre-stacked tissue paper into the case body, and cover it with the upper lid 11 (as shown in FIG. 5). It provides the user a way to draw the tissue paper 3 from the opening 12 on the upper lid 11. When the tissue paper has been drawn to a certain quantity, the level of tissue paper drops. The user can lift the lifting plate 2 up on both sides, so that the protruding ear 13 can latch into the plurality of bar holes 21, and the level of the tissue paper can be raised timely (please refer to FIG. 6) for better access for the users.

[0020] Please refer to FIG. 5. The tissue paper 3 is placed in the lifting plate 2 of the case body 1 in advance, and the upper lid 11 is covered on top of the case body 1. The end surface of the two sides of the lifting plate 2 is slightly higher than the height of the surface of the case body 1, so that when several case bodies 1 containing tissue paper 3 are stacked for display, the end surface on both sides of the lifting plate 2 will be placed in a position to properly clip the upper case body in order to prevent the case bodies from being fallen down and provide a better effect for the stacking and positioning.

[0021] In summation of the above description, the present invention herein overcomes the shortcomings and enhances the following:

[0022] (1) Since the case body 1 has a lifting plate 2 containing the tissue paper 3, its level will drop when the tissue paper is used up to a certain quantity. The user can lift the lifting plate 2 on both sides according to the dropped height in order to lift the tissue paper to the desired level and provides a better access and convenience in use.

[0023] (2) As described in the previous item, the tissue paper can be kept constantly in the best usage level and will not drop in the case body 1. When the user's hand is dirty, the user can easily draw the tissue paper 3 from the top surface. It is more efficient and will not contaminate the tissue paper 3 and the case body 1.

[0024] (3) The lifting plate 2 is placed inside the case body 1, and the both sides of the end surface are slightly higher than the height of the surface of the case body 1. By using the characteristics of the forgoing disclosed structure, it can increase the strength of the case body 1 structure, and clip the bottom of another case body for a secure stacking of body cases. Of course, when the case bodies 1 are stacked one on top of the other, the strength of the structure increases in several times. [0025] In view of the above description, the present invention overcomes the shortcomings of the prior art and further complies with the patent application requirements and is submitted to the Patent and Trademark Office for review and granting of the commensurate patent rights.

[0026] While the invention has been described by way of example and in terms of a preferred embodiment, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited thereto. To the contrary, it is intended to cover various modifications and similar arrangements and procedures, and the scope of the appended claims therefore should be accorded the broadest interpretation so as to encompass all such modifications and similar arrangements and procedures.

Claims

1. A tissue paper case structure having appropriate stacking restriction, comprising a case body and a lifting plate, and an opening is disposed on an upper lid of the case body, characterized in that:

a protruding ear, being formed at the corresponding predetermined position at the top end on both sides of the case body, and said lifting plate is substantially in an U-shape and corresponds to the inner surface of the case body and a plurality of bar holes are disposed equidistantly on both sides of the lifting plate;
by the foregoing structure characteristics, the case body is formed, and the lifting plate is placed correspondingly in the case body, and both sides of the lifting plate pass through a predetermined height of an upper flange of the protruding ear, and then the pre-stacked tissue paper can be placed in the case body and being covered by an upper lid such that the user can draw tissue paper out from the opening of the upper lid; and as the tissue paper is used to a certain quantity, the level of the tissue paper drops to a level, and the lifting plate can be lifted to a height according to the dropped level of the tissue paper, and the protruding ears can be hooked into the plurality of bar holes for positioning, and provides a better access for the users.

2. A tissue paper case structure having appropriate stacking restriction, wherein when said lifting plate being placed in the case body, and said upper lid being covered onto the case body, the end surface on both sides of the lifting plate is slightly higher than the height of the surface of the case body such that when several case bodies containing tissue paper are stacked one on top of the other, the end surface on both sides of the lifting plate can be used to properly clip the above the case body for a better effect of stacking restriction.

3. A tissue paper case structure having appropriate stacking restriction, wherein said lifting plate having a serrated folding line between the bar holes so that when the user lifts both sides of the lifting plate, the both sides of the lifting plate can be torn properly according to the height of the case body and gives a better artistic view to the case body.
