Extendable and expandable positioning structure of a trunk bag

An extendable and expandable positioning structure of a trunk bag comprises a bag body and a movable buckling device at two sides of the bag. The bag body is divided into a bag receiving portion at the middle section thereof. The bag receiving portion has an upper bag at the upper side and a lower bag at the lower side. An inner side of the upper bag is connected to an upper box frame. The lower box frame is connected to a retaining plate and the retaining plate is installed with at least one long groove. The upper bag is connected to the sliding block. The sliding block is installed with a positioning male element at position with respect to the positioning female element so that the positioning male element is capable of being buckled to the positioning female element.

Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The present invention relates to an extendable and expandable positioning structure of a trunk bag, and especially to a retaining structure with a slidable buckling device for expanding the length of the box.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0002] In travelling, many clothes are carried and some articles are bought, and thus a small baggage becomes a large baggage. Therefore, many packages are necessary. In a long traveling, this is not convenient, moreover, as one goes to foreign.

[0003] Referring to FIGS. 12 to 14, a telescopic box is illustrated. In that design, middle section 31 of an package 3 is formed, which can be formed as a layer to be hidden. As the package 3 at the middle section 31 is unused, it can be hidden in the box. And a zipper can be used to combine the lower end at the upper half 33 of the package 3 and the upper end of the lower half 34 of the package 3 so as to be formed as a complete box.

[0004] The inner surface of the box is classified as a soft surface and a hard surface. The soft surface has no inner liner. It is a packaging structure by the package 3 with the zipper 32. However, some box requires a preferred protection for placing objects with weak structure, and thus, the extension of the structure must be enhanced.

[0005] As shown in the figures, two sides of the package 3 each are installed with an extending retaining structure 35 having a track 36 at the lower half of the lateral side. A sliding plate 37 is connected to the track 36. The sliding plate 37 is moved upwards and downwards at the lateral surface of the track 36. Since the upper end of the sliding plate 37 is fixed to the lower end of the upper half 33 of the package 3, and the track 36 is fixed near the upper end of the lower half 34 of the package 3. The upper half and lower half of the package 3 is a middle section 31 which serves to provide space for expanding the box. Since the sliding 37 is hard, a preferred bearing force can be generated at the lateral surface of the box.

[0006] Since the upper end of the sliding plate 37 is connected to an upper female sticky strip 38 and the lower and of the sliding plate 37 is connected to a lower female sticky strip 39. Moreover, since the lower half 31 of the package 3 is extended with a connecting strip 30, and a male sticky strip 301 is connected to the connecting strip 30. When the sliding plate 37 is motionless, as shown in FIG. 13, the male sticky strip 301 will stick to the lower female sticky strip 39 at a lower end of the sliding plate 37. When the sliding plate 37 moves upwards to an expansion position, as shown in FIG. 14, the male sticky strip 301 is connected to the upper female sticky strip at the upper end of the sliding block 37.

[0007] The sliding plate 37 can be fixed to the upper frame 331. The track 37 can be fixed to a lower frame 341. The upper frame 331 and the lower frame 341 are connected to the upper half 33 and lower half 34 of the package 3. In the prior art structure, by the sticky property between the upper and lower female sticky strips 38 and 39 and the sticky property of the male sticky strip 301, the connecting strip 30 is positioned with respect to the sliding block 37.

[0008] Therefore, the extending retaining structure 35 can be conveniently adjusted and positioned since the cover of the box must be opened at first, and the objects at two sides of the box must be removed, then the sticky strips 39 and 301 at the lower side of the sliding plate 37, and then the package 3 is lifted, so that the sliding plate moves upwards. Then, the male sticky strip 301 is adhered to the sticky strips 38 and 301 at the upper position of the sliding block 37 so as to be positioned in a new position. Thus, the package 3 may be used in a large volume.

[0009] However, each time the box must be opened, and thus the operation is inconvenient. Furthermore, if after positioning, if the box is extruded, the sliding plate and the track are possible compressed and deformed so as to lose of affect.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0010] Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide an extendable and expandable positioning structure of a trunk bag, wherein the volume of the box can be expanded while the cover is unnecessary to be opened. When a heavy pressure is applied on the present invention, it will release automatically so that the slidable buckling device will not be destroyed. Furthermore, the transferring and stacking of a trunk are performed conveniently. Since the buckling device can be adjusted preferably, the space of the box can be adjusted easily. It is only needed to match the bag receiving portion of the bag, the bag can be adjusted to be thicker or thinner. Since a box frame is added so that resistance of the box is increased.

[0011] To achieve above objects, the present invention provides a extendable and expandable positioning structure of a trunk bag comprising a bag body and a movable buckling device at two sides of the bag. The bag body is divided into a bag receiving portion at the middle section thereof. The bag receiving portion has an upper bag at the upper side thereof and a lower bag at the lower side thereof. An inner side of the upper bag is connected to an upper box frame. The lower box frame is connected to a retaining plate and the retaining plate is installed with at least one long groove. The long groove is installed with at least one positioning female element. The upper bag is connected to the sliding block. The sliding block is installed with a positioning male element at position with respect to the positioning female element so that the positioning male element is capable to be buckled to the positioning female element. The thickness of the sliding block extends out of the long groove and two outer edges of the sliding block being engaged with the surface of the retaining plate so that as the bag body is pulled upwards, the sliding block is driven to be moved in the long groove.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0027] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 11, three embodiments of the extendable and expandable positioning structure of a trunk bag are illustrated.

[0028] The first embodiment is illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 4. In the first embodiment, a slidable buckling device 4 is installed. The bag body 1 is divided into a bag receiving portion 12 at the middle section thereof. The bag receiving portion 12 has an upper bag 11 at the upper side thereof and a lower bag 13 at the lower side thereof. The inner side of the upper bag 11 is connected to an upper box frame 15. The lower bag 12 is also connected to a lower box frame 14. The lower box frame 14 is connected to a retaining plate 41. The retaining plate 41 is installed with at least one long groove 42. At least one inner edge of the long groove 42 is installed with a positioning female element 40. The positioning female element 40 is a pair of positioning buckling legs 43. The positioning buckling leg 43 is installed with a buckling groove 431. The two buckling groove 431 of the positioning buckling legs at two sides are protruded outwards and are back to back. The pair of the positioning buckling legs 43 are installed at the inner edge of the top of the long groove 42.

[0029] The upper box frame 15 is firmly secured to a sliding block 45 at a position with respect to the long groove 42. The sliding block 45 is installed with a positioning male element 450 at position with respect to the positioning female element 40 so that the positioning male element 450 is capable to be buckled to the positioning female element 40. The positioning male element 450 is a protruded buckle 46 protruded from the top of the upper side of the sliding block 43. Since the positioning buckling leg 43 is installed at the upper end of the inner edge of the long groove 42, the protruded buckle 43 is installed, respectively. At two sides of the protruded buckle 43 like a piece each are installed with respective protrusion 47. The protrusion 47 may be buckled to the buckling groove 431. The thickness of the sliding block 45 is extended out of the long groove 42 and two outer edges 48 are engaged with the surface of the retaining plate 41. A pair of through holes 451 are installed at the middle portion of the sliding block 45, and then a pair of respective retainer 49 pass through the through holes 451 so that the sliding block 45 is firmly secured to the upper box frame 15.

[0030] When the bag body 1 is pulled, at the upper bag 11, the upper box frame 15 and the sliding block 45 are driven to move with respect to the long groove 42 of the retaining plate 41 to be moved upwards or downwards so as to be positioned. As shown in FIG. 3, the positioning is at a position illustrated in the condition of FIG. 4 and at position as illustrated from the solid line of the FIG. 3 to the dashed line of FIG. 3. It is shown that the protrusions 47 at two sides of the protruded buckle 46 protruded from the upper end of the sliding block 45 will enforce the inner end surfaces of a pair of positioning buckling legs 43 at the inner edge of the long groove 43 of the retaining plate 41 to be opened so that the protruded buckle 46 slides into the positioning female element 40 formed by the two positioning buckling legs 43 and then the buckling groove 431 of each positioning buckling leg 43 will buckle the protrusion 45 of the protruded buckle 46. Thus, the retaining positioning to the sliding block 45 of the positioning male element 450 is accomplished. Another, the upper box frame 15 moves to an upper position from a lower position for combining and positioning.

[0031] As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the lower end of the sliding block 45 is connected with an inserting rod 452. A spring 453 encloses the inserting rod 452. The upper end of the spring 452 is positioned. A rod groove is installed with respect to the long groove 42. When the sliding block 45 moves downwards to be positioned so that the inserting rod 452 is inserted into the rod groove 421, while the spring 453 is compressed to be out of the rod groove 421. When the box is to be opened for expansion, the sliding block 45 will release the zipper at the bag receiving portion 12.

[0032] FIGS. 5 and 6 shows the second embodiment of the present invention, a slidable buckling device 5 is installed. The bag body 1 is divided into a bag receiving portion 12 at the middle portion thereof. The bag receiving portion 12 at the middle portion has an upper bag 11 at the upper side thereof and a lower bag 13 at the lower side thereof. The inner side of the upper bag 11 is connected to an upper box frame 15. The lower bag 12 is also connected to a lower box frame 14. The lower box frame 14 is connected to a retaining plate 51. The retaining plate 5 1 is installed with at least one long groove 52. At least one inner edge of the long groove 52 is installed with a positioning female element 50. The positioning female element 50 has a positioning buckling groove 53 which is installed at the inner edges at two sides of the long groove 52.

[0033] The upper box frame 15 is firmly secured to a sliding block 55 at a position with respect to the long groove 52. The sliding block 55 is installed with a positioning male element 550 at position with respect to the positioning female element 50 so that the positioning male element 550 is capable to be buckled to the positioning female element 50. The positioning male element 550 is installed with a retaining groove 552 at the outer lateral side (the lateral side near the bag) on the sliding block 55. Two lateral sides of the retaining groove 552 are installed with respective bead hole 553 so that the retaining groove 552 can be placed with a spring 45 conveniently. Beads 57 at two ends of the spring 56 at two ends of the spring 56 protrudes from the bead holes 553 of the retaining groove 552 by the elastic force of the spring 56 so that the exposing portion of the bead 56 is buckled in the positioning groove 53. When the sliding block 55 moves upwards, the spring 56 will compress, so that the bead 57 is received in the retaining groove 552 so as to be moved upwards to the positioning groove 53 and then is elastic out for positioning. The inner lateral surface of the sliding block 55 have two outer edges 58 which can protrude out of the long groove 52. At the outer edges 58 connected to the surface of the retaining plate 51, when the bag body 1 is pulled upwards, the bead 57 of the sliding block 55 can be driven to be moved upwards at the positioning groove 53 of the long groove 52 of the retaining plate 51 so as to be positioned.

[0034] The third embodiment of the present invention is illustrated in FIGS. 7 to 11. In this, Two sides of the bag body 1 are installed with respective slidable buckling devices 2. The bag body 1 is divided into a bag receiving portion 12 at the middle portion thereof. The bag receiving portion 12 has an upper bag 11 at the upper side thereof and a lower bag 13 at the lower side thereof. The inner side of the upper bag 11 is connected to an upper box frame 15. The lower bag 12 is also connected to a lower box frame 14. The lower box frame 14 is connected to a retaining plate 21. The retaining plate 21 is installed with at least one long groove 22. At least one of the two lateral sides of the long groove 22 is installed with a positioning female element 20. The positioning female element 20 is a positioning buckling groove 23. The lower end of the retaining plate 21 is connected to the lower box frame 14 through at least one retainer 24.

[0035] The upper box frame 15 is firmly secured to a sliding block 25. An elastic buckle 26 of the positioning male element 250 is installed on the sliding block 25 at a direction with respect to the positioning groove 23 so that on hook head 27 of the elastic buckle 26 may be engaged to the positioning groove 23, as shown in FIG. 8. The sliding block 25 cause the elastic buckle 26 to be installed at the middle portion at the left and right sides of the main body. The middle portion had a groove 261. A protruded buckle 26 at the groove 261 extends from one side (upper side illustrated in the figure) to another side (lower side). While the protrusion end of the protruded buckle 26 is not to connect with the groove at another side. Near the distal end of the protruded buckle 26 is protruded with a hook head 27. The main body of the sliding block 25 projects from the long groove 22. Two outer edges 28 are connected to the surface of the retaining plate 21. In practical assembly, the retaining plate 21 is at first connected to the lower box frame 14. Then, it is fixed by the retainer 25. Then the sliding block 25 protrudes from the long groove to be positioned to the upper box frame 15 so as to be fixed by the retainer 29.

[0036] In using the present invention, the bag body 1 is pulled upwards so as to drive the long groove 22 in the sliding block 25 to move upwards and downwards. Furthermore, the hook head 27 is buckled in the positioning groove 23. Each sliding block 25 is connected to the upper box frame 15 through a retainer 29 and is placed near the lower end of the upper box frame 15. The retainers 24 and 29 are pins for fixing which may be correspondent to each other.

[0037] In the aforesaid structure, FIG. 9 shows the moving condition. That is to say, the positioning grooves 23 at the upper and lower sides have two positioning positions for before used and after used. However, if the bag body 1 is matched to the groove, the positioning groove 23 may be positioning in three positions for adjustment. The bag body 1 is a structure enclosing the surface of the box, which may be made of soft cloth or a hard case. If it is a hard case, in order to save material, the upper and lower box frames may not be installed. In order to fix the appearance of the bag body 1, similarly, in the present invention, a zipper 16 serves to hidden the bag receiving portion 12 at the middle portion so as to achieve the object of fixing the upper bag and lower bag. FIGS. 10 and 11 shows the embodying of the present invention, which shows the combination of the present invention and the bog.

[0038] In summary, in the present invention, a special buckling device is used so that the height of the box can be adjusted without opening the box. The present invention is primary formed by a retaining plate and a sliding block. A positioning male element (protrusion from the protruded buckle, spring, bead, hook head of the elastic buckle) installed on the sliding block serves to position the positioning female element (buckling groove of the positioning buckling leg, positioning groove, positioning buckling groove) in the long groove by the guiding of the retaining plate. Through the elasticity of the positioning male element, the fixing structure connected to the positioning female element can be adjusted rapidly. If it is pressed heavily, since the positioning male element is slightly buckled to the positioning female element, even a slightly releasing, no effect will apply to the objects in the box. That is to say, if the object is too much, the box can still be used. Therefore, the present invention has a preferred use and provides a good variation to the content space.

[0039] Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, it will be understood that the invention is not limited to the details described thereof. Various substitutions and modifications have been suggested in the foregoing description, and others will occur to those of ordinary skill in the art. Therefore, all such substitutions and modifications are intended to be embraced within the scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.

Claims

1. An extendable and expandable positioning structure of a trunk bag comprising:

a bag body being divided into a bag receiving portion at the middle section thereof; the bag receiving portion having an upper bag at an upper side thereof and a lower bag at the lower side thereof; an inner side of the upper bag being connected to an upper box frame; the bag receiving portion being used as an extendable and expandable portion of the bag; and
a buckling device installed at an inner surface of at least one lateral side of the bag body, the buckling device including a retaining plate and at least one sliding block; the lower box frame being connected to a retaining plate; the retaining plate being installed with at least one long groove; the long groove being installed with at least one positioning female element; the upper bag being connected to the sliding block; the sliding block being installed with a positioning male element at position with respect to the positioning female element so that the positioning male element is capable to be buckled to the positioning female element; the thickness of the sliding block being extended out of the long groove and two outer edges of the sliding block being engaged with the surface of the retaining plate so that as the bag body is pulled, the sliding block being driven to be moved in the long groove, and thus, to position the positioning male element to move upwards so as to be buckled at another positioning female element.

2. The extendable and expandable positioning structure of a trunk bag as claimed in claim 1, wherein an upper box frame is connected at an inner side of the upper bag of the bag body; and a lower end of the upper box frame positions the sliding block.

3. The extendable and expandable positioning structure of a trunk bag as claimed in claim 1, wherein a lower box frame is connected within the lower bag of the bag body; an upper end of the lower box frame is positioned with a positioning plate.

4. The extendable and expandable positioning structure of a trunk bag as claimed in claim 1, wherein the positioning female element is a positioning buckling hole on the long groove of the retaining plate; the positioning male element is an elastic buckle on the sliding block.

The extendable and expandable positioning structure of a trunk bag as claimed in claim 4, wherein the elastic buckle of the positioning male element is installed at a middle position at two lateral surfaces of the sliding block; the middle position is a groove, a piece shape protruded buckle is installed in the groove; the protruded buckle extends from above a side of the groove to another side, but not to be connected with another side; a hook head is protruded from a distal end of the protruded buckle; and the protruded buckle is positioned in the positioning buckling groove through the hook head.

6. The extendable and expandable positioning structure of a trunk bag as claimed in claim 4, wherein the positioning buckling grooves in the long groove of the retaining plate is installed at two lateral sides.

7. The extendable and expandable positioning structure of a trunk bag as claimed in claim 1, wherein the positioning female element is a positioning buckling groove at the long groove of the retaining plate; the positioning male element is at least one elastic buckling bead on the sliding block.

The extendable and expandable positioning structure of a trunk bag as claimed in claim 7, wherein the elastic bead of the positioning male element is installed at a middle portion of the lateral surface of the bag body facing to the bag; at the lateral surface of the sliding block against the bag is installed with a retaining groove two lateral surface of which each are installed with a bead hole; the retaining groove is placed with a spring, thereby, part of each bead is protruded out from the bead hole.

9. The extendable and expandable positioning structure of a trunk bag as claimed in claim 8, wherein the positioning buckling groove on the long groove of the retaining plate is installed at an edge of the two sides and is concave.

10. The extendable and expandable positioning structure of a trunk bag as claimed in claim 10, wherein the positioning female element is a positioning buckling leg on the long groove of the retaining plate; and the positioning male element is a protruded buckle on the sliding block.

The extendable and expandable positioning structure of a trunk bag as claimed in claim 10, wherein the protruded buckle on the positioning male element is installed at a top of the sliding block, and the top of the sliding block has a protruded buckle like a piece; two lateral surfaces of the protruded buckle like a piece each is installed with a protrusion.

The extendable and expandable positioning structure of a trunk bag as claimed in claim 11, wherein the positioning buckling leg of the positioning female element is installed at a top on an inner edge of the long groove of the retaining plate; there are a pair of positioning buckling legs; each of the positioning buckling leg is installed with a buckling groove; and the buckling groove of the positioning buckling leg serves to buckle the protrusion of the protruded buckle.

The extendable and expandable positioning structure of a trunk bag as claimed in claim 1, wherein a lower end of the sliding block is connected to an inserting rod; a spring covers around the inserting rod; an upper end of the spring is positioned; a rod groove is installed on the long groove; when the sliding block moves downwards and positioned, an inserting rod is inserted into the rod groove; and the spring is compressed out of the rod groove.
