Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] 1. Field of the invention

[0002] The present invention is related to reusable ball units able to be repeatedly modeled in three dimensions, they are especially suitable to be used as units for manual training, pottery modeling or toy brick stacking, each unit can be modeled repeatedly and stacked in taking advantage of magnetic attraction thereof, so that they can be beneficial to intelligence.

[0003] 2. Description of the Prior Art

[0004] The most popular intelligence toy available in the markets is a set of toy bricks; conventional toy bricks are comprised of a lot of three dimensional unit bricks of certain shape, they can be stacked or connected with one another to form a desired three dimensional form, and can be detached or repeatedly stacked to get an effect of fun beneficial to intelligence. And the conventional unit toy bricks have fixed shapes, they can not be modeled any more for other shapes, the three dimensional forms built from them have very rough contours and are unable to express inventive ideas in stacking and connecting. This is the disadvantage of conventional toy bricks.

[0005] And more, conventional articles for manual training, pottery modeling or toy brick stacking, except those made of plastic clay or plastic ceramic material, are not made of material reusable or able to be repeatedly modeled. Articles made of plastic clay or plastic ceramic material are subjected to adhering to hands or other articles; even more, articles made of plastic clay or plastic ceramic material are limited in usage, they are not totally suitable to use in a family having children therein.

[0006] Material that renders a person fond of modeling to effectively develop his inventive ideas to fabricate more perfect three dimensional articles full of intelligent effect, and fulfills the requirement that articles for manual training, pottery modeling or toy brick stacking must have the ability of being modeled and must be easily tidied and are not subjected to adhering to hands nor limited in usage has not been found. This has been a pity in the art.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0007] In view of the above stated disadvantages and trouble resided in the conventional non plastic and plastic intelligence material, the inventor of the present invention develops, after elaborate study, reusable ball units able to be modeled in three dimensions and can be substituted for the presently used toy bricks suitable also for manual training and pottery modeling.

[0008] The object of the present invention is to provide reusable ball units able to be repeatedly modeled in three dimensions, they can be pressed, hit or squeezed by hands to give contour to the unit bricks according to ones inventive idea, and have the effect of stacking and connecting and preventing from loosening, as well as can be easily tidied and are not subjected to adhering to hands nor limited in usage, can be substituted for the presently used toy bricks and suitable also for manual training and pottery modeling to render a person fond of modeling to effectively develop his inventive ideas to fabricate articles with more perfect modeling full of intelligent effect.

[0009] To get the above object, the present invention in practice is to provide ball bags made of plastic rubber with excellent expansion and contracting ability and to fully fill therein a lot of magnetic beads to form the ball units.

[0010] Wherein, the magnetic beads have suitable magnetic attraction, thereby, when they are pressed, hit or squeezed by hands to move, the magnetic beads in the ball bags can attract one another to endue the ball units with a contour.

[0011] The gathering positions of the magnetic beads will be changed in pursuance of squeezing force of fingers, i.e., the ball units have the ability to be repeatedly remolded.

[0012] The magnetic beads have thereamong magnetic attraction and can be stacked, so that they can be connected to form an article with a three dimensional modeling.

[0013] The ball bags as the external film of the ball units can be endued with various colors to enhance fun and visual effect of the articles formed.

[0014] The present invention will be apparent after reading the detailed description of the preferred embodiment thereof in reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0019] FIG. 4 is a schematic view showing a die is used to pile therein ball units;

[0020] FIG. 5 is a perspective schematic view showing a pyramid is formed by using the die of FIG. 4;

[0021] FIG. 6 is a perspective schematic view showing a three dimensional article is formed by hand squeezing in the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

[0022] Referring to the FIG. 1 firstly, the present invention provides reusable ball units able to be repeatedly modeled in three dimensions. In practicing, a box 1 is provided to load therein a lot of ball units 2, the box 1 can be provided thereon with a plurality of dies 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 with various geometric contours for modeling the ball units 2 to endue them with certain contours.

[0023] The ball units 2 are formed by providing ball bags 21 made of plastic rubber to be fully filled therein a lot of magnetic beads 3 (as shown in FIG. 1a). The ball units 2 are each of the volume suitable for holding of a hand of a person. The ball bags 21 each has a thickness of circa 0.3-0.5 mm and made of plastic rubber with excellent expansion and contracting ability, diameter of each magnetic bead 3 is about 1 mm, the magnetic beads 3 are all magnetized to have suitable magnetic attraction, so that the magnetic beads 3, 3A, 3B and 3C in the ball bags 21 can have suitable magnetic gathering attraction.

[0024] When a user presses, hits or squeezes a ball unit 2 by hands, the magnetic beads 3 in a ball bag 21 are exerted with an external force which is much larger than the gathering attraction, and are extruded externally to make rolling of the magnetic beads 3, 3A, 3B and 3C at the positions when the force exerts (as shown in FIG. 3). Thereafter, when the external force is removed, the magnetic beads 3, 3A, 3B and 3C will be stay at their positions after extruding, they can also hold the ball bag 21, so that the ball unit 2 is fixed in shape to have the contour endued with by pressing and squeezing. In the embodiment of the present invention shown, a plurality of ball units 2 are placed into a triangular die 12 for being modeled (as shown in FIG. 4), the ball units 2 attract one another by magnetism to crowd and stack to form a pyramidic article 4 (as shown in FIG. 5), or the ball units 2 are pressed, hit or squeezed with hands to be modeled to form a three dimensional article 41 in the shape of a bowel (as shown in FIG. 6). Hence, by the ability of being modeled and stacked by magnetic attraction of the ball units 2, the three dimensional articles 4 or 41 made with the triangular die 12 or by hand squeezing have strength of coherence and are not subjected to loosening and collapsing. They are beneficial to manual training or pottery modeling or can be substituted for toy brick stacking, and they can be beneficial to intelligence.

[0025] The ball bags 21 covering the ball units 2 can be endued with various colors to enhance fun and visual effect of the articles formed. And the ball units 2 can be modeled repeatedly to form blocks with the same volume and shape; thereby they can be repeatedly used and are practical and useful.

[0026] In conclusion, the reusable ball units able to be repeatedly modeled in three dimensions of the present invention really have the effect beneficial to intelligence in that they can be repeatedly modeled by a user by pressing, hitting or squeezing with hands, the ball units can be modeled stacked in taking advantage of magnetic attraction thereof, and are not subjected to loosening and collapsing nor are subjected to adhering to hands or limited in usage. Having thus described my invention which is novel and advanced, what I claim as new and desire to be secured by Letters Patent of the United States are:
