Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] (1) Field of the Invention

[0002] The present invention relates to a transparent containing box, in particular with a transparent upper cover, to allow easy fabrication, full view of the contained object, and minimal storage space before assembling.

[0003] (2) Description of the Prior Art

[0004] Whereas, in a developed industrial and commercial community, each one is used to rapid living pace, often realizing the importance of recreation after fatigue in work. Some are in favor of dynamic activities, while some the static ones. Talking about static activities, the majority people are fond of painting, or writing articles, practicing calligraphy, while some collecting some objects such as stone, model, handicraft ornament, etc. Many people are fond of the last mode.

[0005] Taking object collection for example, whether it be stone, model, or handicraft ornament, etc., to a collector, one hopes to permanently preserve his favorite object and minimize its damage to the least. In response to such a demand, exclusive boxes for ornament and object preservation are available in market. An object can be laid in a box and kept away from random touch. For watching purpose, a box is usually made of transparent material, able to be laid at an apparent place and free from damage through random touch.

[0006] But in view of the object laying boxes in market at present, taking the 3D square-shaped one for example, besides the base is not transparent, the rest 5 facades are transparent. Besides, at the folding edge of each two connected sides, one intermediate edge connection material A shall be provided to ensure the connection (as shown in FIG. 1). The said intermediate edge connection material A is not transparent, that partial show facades of the object containing box are shielded to certain extent. If this kind of object containing box shielded by intermediate edge connection material A is in small size, it is difficult to enjoy a full view of the observing object inside.

[0007] Since the application of intermediate edge connection material A causes the visible area of a small containing box to be reduced, making the possibility of a full view of the contained object to be reduced, it cannot only demonstrate the beauty of the laid object inside it, but also with great discount in its practical value. Therefore, an alternative product with gluing connection device appears in market for replacement. However, this kind of device requires accurate counter-position gluing technology; any slightest deviation would turn a product to be non-conforming. It is not only time consuming but also causes increase of material and cost load. Therefore, it is rather disturbing to either a manufacturer or a DIY user. To some object containing boxes of general sizes in practice, due to their large demand quantity, they cannot be fabricated through gluing device individually. Therefore, the 5-facade material is normally ejected in one entity to form a square-shaped box unit. Through this kind of box unit is free from vision shielding of intermediate edge connection material and the trouble of time and material consuming through individual gluing, yet since their size is in uniform and unable to be mounted in over laid manner, they claim considerable warehousing space. In addition, during handling process, since they cannot be laid tightly, hid damage situations often occur to cause loss to a manufacturer.

[0008] In view of this, the applicant, based on production & sales and manufacture experience of the said product through many years, has engaged in deliberate research, through repeated experiment, finally creates this innovation of containing box, and its detailed structure assembly diagrams are described as follows.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0016] Referring to FIGS. 2-3, the present invention includes upper cover 1 and base 2 in two parts, where upper cover 1 is composed of top board 10, two face boards 11 and two side boards 12. At three edges of the above top board 10 and face boards 11, tenons 100 and 110 with extruded edge are devised, while counter complying mortises 101 and 111 of the other sides are devised. At one side of side board 12, one ring-framed mortise slot 121 is formed, and at each corner of mortise 121, one stabilizing clamp jaw plate is fitted. Base 2, a seat unit with object holding counter 20 and box frame 21, with one ring-shaped slot 22 between its object holding counter 20 and box frame 21. A trigger fastener 23 in hooker shape is devised to the center of both terminal sides of the object holding counter 20. The said trigger fastener 23 is provided with one lateral flange strip 230 and by means of which to form a support axial shaped connection with the object holding counter 20, and with this as support shaft to allow trigger fastener 23 to perform slight bending rotation at the side terminal face of the object holding counter 20.

[0017] Referring to FIGS. 4 and 5, mutually insert the tenons and mortises 110 (110), 101(111, 121) and a 5-sides-closed, 1-side-open upper cover 1 can be composed; then plant the opening end of upper cover 1 in insertion manner into the ring-shaped slot groove 22 of base 2, the assembling of the invention is completed. In the above mentioned assembling structure, since trigger fastener 23 in base 2 is provided with minor bending rotation property, therefore, as the bottom edge of side board 12 of upper cover 1 is inserted into the ring-shaped slot groove 22 of base 2, it would cause trigger fastener 23 to bend forward slightly to cause the bottom edge of side board 12 across the lateral flange strip 230 of trigger fastener 23, and then after completion of insertion layout, the bottom end of lateral flange strip 230 will resist against the upper edge of mortise 121 of side board 12, to make the said upper cover 1 to be firmly fitted to base 2. Similarly, by pushing the hollow bottom part 24 bending forward, making the trigger fastener 23 bend backward slightly with its lateral flange strip 230 detached from the top of upper edge of mortise 121 of counter side board 12, upper cover 1 can be easily detached from base 2, to provide convenient object retrieving or laying for operation of this invention.

[0018] By means of this kind of independent device with top board 10, the tenons and mortises 110 (110), 101(111, 121) of face boards 11 and side boards 12, the upper cover 1 is made to, through simple assembling, form a kind of exhibition frame facade without vision block; and its storage before assembling is also provided with the feature of claiming the minimum space under the status of independent and loose boards without connection, contributing greatly to reduction of storage space. This innovation contributes most to the object containing box of larger dimension, because its piece-shaped storage manner can better save storage or handling space in both dynamic and static terms.

[0019] The above structure is designed in view of innovation of an object containing box of larger size, in independent piece-shaped assembling structure. Concerning innovation of an object containing box of smaller size or innovation if desired to produce mass quantity of object containing box of larger size, the following structure options are provided. Similarly, plan the upper cover 3 to be a fabrication unit with top board 30, two face boards 31 and two side boards 32 (as shown in FIG. 6, FIG. 7 A and B). Concerning the upper cover 3 in this shape, 4 sides of its top board 30 are connected to one side of two face boards 31 and two side boards 32 in one entity, while each side at the connection area shows 45° wedge-shaped edges 300, 310, 320. Further, one 45° wedge-shaped edge 311 also exists next to the former wedge-shaped edge 310 as two tightly fitted edges of the two side boards 31, and one tenon 312 is devised at the opening end of the said wedge-shaped edge 311 after bending assembly of side boards 31, while one edge of the face board 31 between two tenons 312 shall be a flat and straight edge 313. The two side boards 32, similar to the structure of face boards 31, similarly with the other two 45° wedge-shaped edges 321 next to the wedge-shaped edge 320 with connection to top board 30, while at the terminal of its wedge-shaped edge 321, a pair of mortise 322 in counter compliance with the tenons 312 of the above face board 31 are also devised, and between two mortises 322 is one flat and straight edge 323. Develop the above connected top board 30 face boards 31 and side boards 32, centered by top board 30 internally for folding storage, and make the tenons and mortises 312 and 322 of face boards 31 and side boards 32 to be mutually inserted in connection, they form a 5-sides-closed, 1-side-open cover entity, which can, through mutual complimentary insertion of each wedge-shaped edge 300, 310, 320, 311, and 321, formulate the packet sealing effect almost to an airtight extent, to prevent dust. Besides, a small section of tenon and mortise 312 and 322 devised to the area near the opening end can also facilitate convenient assembling and dismantling operation.

[0020] The above mentioned upper cover 3 similarly can be inserted into the above mentioned base 2 to formulate a kind of innovation to the transparent object containing box without vision block. Concerning the above mentioned tenon 312 devised to face board 31 and mortise 322 devised to side board 32, mortise may also be devised to face board 31 and tenon devised to side board 32 alternatively. Similarly, this kind of upper cover may also be a cube, that is top board, face board and side board share the same size, or be a rectangular shape, with face boards and side boards in the same size. Therefore, the above mentioned structure is only one of the invention practices, and not to restrict its technical scope. Any technical structure shall still be governed by the scope of patent claim mentioned later.
