One piece knitted skirt short & pants short combination

The within invention utilizes the current technology in knitting machines to manufacture a two piece apparel integrated as one seamlessly knitted article as opposed to the old art where the two pieces of apparel are knitted separately and later stitched or sewed together to produce one article of clothing.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0005] This invention relates to a one piece seamless knitted skirt short or pants short combination. The old art would consist of separately knitted skirt and short or separately knitted pant and short where the skirt and short or the pant and short would later be sewed together. The current invention is created from a one piece knitted tube-like apparel.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0006] The present invention relates to a one piece knitted skirt short or pants short combination manufactured from a one piece seamless tube-like knitted fabric. Therefore the invention provides a better fit and is manufactured easier and faster over the old art.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0014] The present invention relates to a one piece knitted skirt short or pants short combination, providing that the apparel is manufactured from a one piece seamless tube-like knitted fabric with knitted cutting guidelines and differing elastic and non-elastic threads.

[0015] For these purposes, the preferred embodiment of the invention comprises of the above designs, relating to the one piece knitted design for better fit, ease of manufacturing, and saving time.

[0016] More specifically, the preferred embodiment of the invention, shown in the drawings for purposes of illustrating the invention, comprises one piece tubing with upper and lower cut marks woven into the fabric, ease of production, and use of elastic threads around the waist and crutch area.

Claims

1. A manufactured apparel, comprising a one piece knitted skirt short combination.

2. A manufactured apparel as recited in claim 1, further comprising an elastic waist band strip knitted within and as an integral part of the apparel.

3. A manufactured apparel, comprising a one piece knitted pants short combination.

4. A manufactured apparel as recited in claim 3, further comprising an elastic waist band strip knitted within and as an integral part of the apparel.

5. A seamlessly knitted apparel, comprising:

an outer garment; and
a crutch support.

6. A manufactured apparel as recited in claim 5, wherein the crutch support is padded.
