Description
SPECIFICATION

[0001] Flashwear: is a fashion accessory that can be in the form of a jewelry, neckwear, petwear (including accessories) or apparel and contains an on/off light and or a blinking light mechanism.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0002] Flashwear was developed to provide a fashionable alternative to reflective apparel and flashing security items. Both humans beings and pets/animals can use the product.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0003] Some advantages of Flashwear are that more people, particularly children and pet owners, will use these safety items if they find them pleasing or fashionable. Many young children participate in outdoor activities such a dog walking, bicycle riding and scootering to name a few. Many accidents occur while children play outside simply because people cannot see them properly. Many kids are reluctant to wear safety gear for many reasons. Flashwear will provide children and others with a fashionable choice for safety attire. Flashwear can also provide pets with added protection if they are allowed to be outdoors especially at dark. Drivers and others will see them better and avoid any unexpected, dangerous or fatal encounters.

DRAWINGS

[0004] Drawings 1, 2, 3 and 4 depicts bands such as wrist or arm band that is made or manufactured with some sort of fashionably designed or chosen material and has a flashing light available in different shapes that can be turned on an off attached to it.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0005] Flashwear is manufactured by selecting materials and flashers and coordinating them to make different design combinations. The basic item such as a band, neckwear or petwear design will remain constant with the choice of materials and flashers changing.
