Vertical hanger fixing seat

A vertical hanger fixing seat is disclosed, which is suitable in the cloth bag for hanging hangers. Each groove and hanger are spaced with an equal space and are assembled obliquely. Therefore, when hanging the hanger, a proper gap is formed. Furthermore, by the buckling effect of the buckle, the hangers are confined so as to have a proper fixedness.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] 1. Field of the Invention

[0002] The present invention relates to hanger fixing seat and more particularly to a vertical hanger fixing seat.

[0003] 2. Description of Related Art

[0004] Hanger fixing seats have been widely used for fastening one or more hangers which have hung garment(s). However, the conventional designs suffered from several disadvantages. For example, the fastening is not reliable, the structural strength is not sufficient, and the quality is poor. Hence, the supported garments are messy in most commercially available hanger supports. Thus, the hangers in the prior art are installed with a buckle for hanging hangers. However, this prior arts has still some disadvantages, such that the hangers are not fixed well so that they may fall down due to vibrations or shocks, the garments are extruded improperly.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0005] Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide a vertical hanger fixing seat, which is suitable in the cloth bag for hanging hangers. Each groove and hanger are spaced with an equal space and are assembled obliquely.

[0006] Another object of the present invention is to provide a vertical hanger fixing seat, wherein when hanging the hanger, a proper gap is formed. Furthermore, by the buckling effect of the buckle, the hangers are confined so as to have a proper fixedness.

[0007] To achieve above objects, the present invention provides a vertical hanger fixing seat comprising a fixing seat, a buckling body, a pivotal shaft and a rotary buckle. The fixing seat is a seat installed with a rib. A middle section of the rib is installed with a plurality of grooves which are arranged obliquely. Each rib has a rear end installed with a pivotal shaft section. A front end of the rib is installed with a buckling end and a positioning groove. The buckling body is pivotally connected to the pivotal shaft section of the fixing seat by a pivotal shaft. Two pivotal shaft sections at two sides of the body are installed with flanges downwards. A front end thereof has a supporting arm bending downwards and pivotally installed to the rotary buckle. The rotary buckle has a pair of extending arms bending forwards and downwards. A positioning rod is between two extending arms. By the buckling of the two rotary buckle, the positioning rod is buckled to the positioning groove so that the buckle is pressed and thus is fixed therein, and the flange further applies a confinement to the hanger hanging to the groove, thereby, the hanger being positioned.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0017] In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be described in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.

[0018] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 5, the schematic perspective view, exploded perspective view, schematic cross sectional views of the present invention are illustrated. The present invention mainly includes a fixing seat 10, a buckling body 20, a pivotal shaft 30 and a rotary buckle 31, etc.

[0019] The fixing seat 10 is a seat with a rib 11. The middle section of the rib 11 is installed with a plurality of grooves 12 arranged obliquely and hooks 13. The rib 11 has a rear end installed with a pivotal shaft section 14. The pivotal shaft section 14 has pivotal holes 15. A front end of the rib 11 is installed with a buckling end 16 and a positioning groove 112. The two sides of the bottom of the set have two fixing holes 18, respectively, for being fixed to a bag or a trunk (not shown).

[0020] The buckling body 20 has a body. The rear end of the body has two pivotal shaft sections 21-21 and the pivotal holes 22-22. The pivotal shaft 30 is pivotally to the pivotal hole 15 of the pivotal shaft section 14 of the fixing seat 10 so that the buckling body 20 is pivotally fixed to the pivotal shaft section 14 of the fixing seat 10 with its pivotal shaft sections 21-21. The two pivotal shaft sections 21-21 at two sides of the body 20 are integrally formed with the flanges 24 forwards and downwards. The front end thereof has two supporting arms 202-202 bending downwards and each of the rear end thereof is installed with a short pivotal shaft 23.

[0021] The rotary buckle 31 has a flat body 310 and two extending arms 312 extending forwards and downwards from the two sides of the body. A positioning bar 314 is installed between the two extending arms 312-312. The distal ends of the two extending arms 312 below the positioning bar 314, each thereof is installed with the pivotal holes 313, respectively.

[0022] In assembly, it is only necessary to pivotally connect the pivotal shaft section 21 of the buckling body 20 to the pivotal shaft section 14 of the fixing seat 10. Then the pivotal hole 313 of the extending arms 312 of the rotary buckle 31 is pivotally connected to the pivotal shaft section 14 by means of the buckling body 20. The pivotal hole 313 of the extending arms 312 of the rotary buckle 31 is pivotally connected to the pivotal shaft 23 of the bending supporting arm 202 of the buckling body 20.

[0023] When the buckling body 20 is unbuckled as it is opened outwards, as illustrated in FIG. 3, the buckling body 20 may rotate freely and then is screwed outwards to a great extent. Referring to FIG. 4, when the buckling body 20 is closed, the two flanges 24 of the buckling body 20 may be used to confine the spaces at two sides of the buckling body 20 so that the hanger hanging to the groove 12 can be confined by positioned, as illustrated in FIG. 6B. When the rotary buckle 31 is rotated, the positioning bar 314 will be buckled into the positioning groove 112, as illustrated in FIG. 5. The buckling body 20 may be fixed and the two flanges 14 at two sides of the buckling body 20 may apply a pressure to the hanger hanging to the groove 12 so as to confine the moving space of the hanger.

[0024] Referring to FIGS. 6A, 6B, and 7, a schematic cross sectional view showing the hanger of the present invention is hanged to a frame, in that the hanger is unbuckled and buckled, and a schematic cross sectional view along A-A of FIG. 6B are illustrated.

[0025] The middle section of the rib 11 of the fixing seat 10 has a plurality of grooves 12 and hooks 13. Each groove 12 and each hanger 13 are spaced with an equal space and are assembled obliquely. Therefore, when hanging the hanger 50, a proper gap is formed.

[0026] A front end of the rib 11 of the fixing seat 10 has a buckling end 16 which causes the positioning bar 314 of the rotary buckle 31 pivotally connected to the buckling body 20 to be exactly buckled to the positioning groove 112 to be fixed therein. By the staged section of the positioning bar 314 and the positioning groove 112 and the space from the opposite rotation of the rotary buckle 31, a proper buckling elastic force is formed for enhancing the fixedness of the buckling body 20 and the fixing seat 10.

[0027] After the fixing seat 10 is buckled to the buckling body 20, the bottom of the flanges 24 at two sides of the buckling body 20 can confine the spaces at two sides of the rib 11 of the fixing seat so that the hanger 50 hanging to groove 12 can be confined by the flanges 24-24 so that the hanger 50 dose not slide out or fall down, as illustrated in FIG. 7.

[0028] It should be noted that the positioning groove 112 can be further installed with two sliding grooves (not shown). Thereby, as the positioning bar 314 is buckled, the buckling operation is performed through two stages so that the buckling operation by rotary buckle 31 can be the further performed.

[0029] It should be appreciated that in the present invention, after the fixing seat 10 is buckled to the buckling body 20, the flanges 24 at two sides of the buckling body 20 may confine the space at two sides of the rib 11 of the fixing seat 10, so that the hanger 50 is positioned and the hanger 50 is thus fixed, as illustrated in FIGS. 6 and 7 without needing to use any soft press stripes. This may concern of the present invention.

[0030] Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, it will be understood that the invention is not limited to the details described thereof. Various substitutions and modifications have been suggested in the foregoing description, and others will occur to those of ordinary skill in the art. Therefore, all such substitutions and modifications are intended to be embraced within the scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.

Claims

1. A vertical hanger fixing seat comprising:

a fixing seat having a seat installed with a rib, and a middle section of the rib installed with a plurality of grooves which are arranged obliquely and hooks; each rib having a rear end installed with a pivotal shaft section; and a front end of the rib is installed with a buckling end and a positioning groove;
a buckling body being pivotally connected to the pivotal shaft section of the fixing seat by the pivotal shaft, two pivotal shaft sections at two sides of the body being installed with flanges downwards; a front end thereof having a supporting arm bending downwards and pivotally installed to the rotary buckle; the rotary buckle having a pair of extending arms bending forwards and downwards; and a positioning bar provided between two extending arms;
by the buckling of the two rotary buckle, the positioning bar buckled to the positioning groove so that the buckle is pressed and thus is fixed therein, and the flange further applies a confinement to the hanger hanging to the groove, thereby, the hanger being positioned.

The vertical hanger fixing seat as claimed in claim 1, wherein the two supporting arms at the front end of the buckling body, each has a short pivotal shaft, respectively, for being pivotally installed to pivotal holes, respectively, of the extending arms of the rotary buckle; by pivotally rotation of the rotary buckle, the buckling body is further fixed to the fixing seat.

3. The vertical hanger fixing seat as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rib of the fixing seat is installed with a plurality of grooves, the elevations of bottoms of adjacent grooves and ribs of the fixing seats are increased gradually, thereby, the bottoms of the grooves rises upwards gradually.

4. The vertical hanger fixing seat as claimed in claim 2, wherein the positioning groove has two stages, thereby, the positioning bar of the rotary buckle being buckled through two stages so that the fixing seat and the buckling body are further buckled firmly.
