BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0002] My invention is a simple gambling cards game, could be played between players only or against a dealer representing a gambling house. A game wherein the odds between the house and the players are almost equal, a game with eleven as its highest target number, when a player's or a dealer's total cards face value exceeds eleven said player or dealer breaks and loses the hand. All aces could be counted as one or eleven, each picture card as one and all other cards from two to ten the same value of their face number.

[0003] A player could play a hand with one single card only, or with as many cards he chooses to improve is hand, as well he is allowed to split any pair of cards has the same face value and he could double his bet at any time during a hand and draw one card only following that.

[0004] At the end of a hand the dealer or the player with the higher hand wins. The dealer is the last player in a hand, if his card is seven or higher he stays, if it is lower he must draw as many cards needed to have a total of seven or higher.

[0005] A player could win a bonus amount simply by getting a Queen of Hearts at a hand.

[0006] An ace at a hand is called “BOY” and it is an instant winner. A total combination of cards ten plus an ace is called “O' BOY” and wins three times of the bet. An ace as a first card and a ten as second called “BOY O' BOY” and wins five times of the original bet.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0007] A gambling cards game to be played with at least one full deck of fifty two cards, wherein players plays against each other or against a dealer representing a gambling house. Said game is designed to balance the odds between the players and the house and give the players an extra chance to recover their loses by winning a bonus game at a hand.

[0008] In this game and other similar games, there is a highest target number, and the object is to get to that number or the closest to it with one card or more without exceeding it. The big percentage of all picture cards in a deck of cards and their high value in the other similar games which is as high as ten increases the risk to exceed the target number and break when a player draws a card or more to improve his hand even before the dealer's turn comes on to play his hand. That alone tilts the winning odds in favor of the house. In “BOY O' BOY” that risk has been minimized since each picture card's value is one only. In addition to that a player has many other obtains to save a hand from breaking simply by splitting any high pair of cards wherein their total value exceeds the highest target number, and in some cases he could win up to five times of his original bet.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0009] A gambling cards game to be played with one full deck of 52 cards or as many decks needed according to the players number. Said game could be played players against players or players against a dealer representing a gambling house. When played between players only, there must be one equal amount of bets between all players and all cards should be played face down during the entire hand. When played against a dealer, all bets should be according to the house's wager limits. At a gambling house, a dealer must run the game. After the players make their bets the dealer deals one face up card to each player staring from his left and one last card face down to him self.

[0010] Each ace could be counted as one or eleven, each picture card as one, and all other cards from two to ten the same value of their face number.

[0011] The highest target number in this game is eleven. If any player's or dealer's cards value exceeds that number in a hand, he breaks and loses that hand. The object of this game is to get eleven or the closest to it with one or more cards.

[0012] A player is allowed to draw as many cards he chooses to improve his hand. In addition, he is allowed to double the amount of his bet at any time during a hand and draw one card only after that. He could also split any pair of cards with the same face value and play them as separate hands and if a player's first card is six or higher and he draws a second card with the same value, even though the total value of both cards exceed the eleven he could avoid the breaking and losing the hand by splitting the pair and playing them as separate hands.

[0013] At each hand, all players can deposit twenty percent of the minimum wager of the table in addition to their original bet in a separate box called “BANK”. The deposits remain and grows hand after hand until a player wins all the banks by getting a Queen of Hearts at a hand. If more than one player gets the Queen of Hearts at the same hand, the bonus amount should be divided equally between the winners. If a player decides to quit playing and that player has chips in his bank, he is allowed to withdraw his chips and leave and if a new player wants to enter the game he must deposit in his bank an equal amount to the chips already in the player's bank sitting next to him. The dealer is not a part of the bonus game.

[0014] When a player's first card is an ace this is called “BOY” and that player is an instant winner. When the total value of his card or cards is ten and he draws an ace this is called “O' BOY” and he wins three times of his bet, when his card is an ace and he chooses to draw one more card only and that card turns to be a ten that is called “BOY O' BOY” and he will be paid five times of his original bet.

[0015] The dealer after dealing to the last player in a hand, turns his card face up. If that card turns to be a seven or a higher card he must stay, but if it is lower, then he must draw as many cards needed to get a total of seven or higher. At that point, he pays the players with a higher hand and collects from those with lower hand. All tie hands are even no winner or loser. Options;

[0016] 1—The card receiving order between the players could rotate, and the first player at a hand will be the last at the next hand.

[0017] 2—A dealer at a hand, could be first in order to receive one face up card and last in line to receive a second card face down. Thus' at his turn, he starts his hand with two cards and after that he plays the rest of the hand according to the rules of the game. This option game is called “BOY O' BOY TWO”.

[0018] 3—Each picture card could be counted as a half number only.

[0019] 4—When players plays against each other the dealer's role could rotate after each hand, so that the first player sitting to the left of the dealer at that hand will be the dealer at the next hand, in this case all players could have the same equal bet, and at the end of the hand the player with the highest hand wins all the bets, or all the players could play against the dealing player with bets according to the limits agreed on at the beginning of the game.
