Radiating air fan
The present invention provides an improvement for radiating air fan, mainly improvements are: Eliminated the plastic outer frame in the conventional one and replaced the radiator as utilization as the said outer frame in this improved design which unitizing the radiator and the outer frame as a configurable embodiment. Additionally, the central pillar base and the radiator are separated for the central pillar base can be inlayed into the radiator for riveted jointing without other bolted or riveted jointing elements, which can conform a fast assembling combination more efficiently. Furthermore, this design, also, can enforce the effect of heat radiating and can save the cost of assembling and time.
[0001] The prevent invention relates to a kind of improved radiating air fan, especially, directly using the radiator as an outer frame which is instead of the plastic frame for enforcing the radiating effect in this structural design. The said structural design also directly using the central pillar to secure combine with radiator without any element of bolted or riveted joint for increasing the radiating effect and for saving the cost and time during its assembling.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION[0002] Generally, a plastic frame is set in the traditional radiating air fan, for this design, usually, which can not access more convective airflows as well as can not reach a validly radiating heat effect. Additionally, this frame′s frame dimension to an air fan, of which shall enlarge the fan′s volume and shall invalidate the said a small product in a precisely space structural design. Otherwise, this structural combination of the air fan and outer fame, in which, utilizing some bolted/jointed elements for secure the said connection is inevitable. Therefore, the more time and money shall be spent on this assembling wastefully.

Accordingly, the conventional radiating air fan can not be conformed the heat radiated efficiently and shall spend more time and laborer for its assembling. He finds and researches in the best solution for conquering the above defects; therefore, the invention is been developed.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION[0004] The principle object is to provide an improvement for radiating air fan, for which by eliminating the plastic frame and some jointed elements to increase the radiating heat effect and to save the cost and time consuming during its assembling.
[0005] The second object is to provide an improvement for radiating air fan, in which by designing a configuration to unitize the outer frame and air fan as a whole for shrinking the space of radiating air fan and to minimize the said product′s development by this design.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT[0010] Please refer with FIG. 1,2 and 3. The radiator (10) has mounted on lots of radiating fins (11) in different sizes. Namely, the radiator (10) and outer frame as a configuration design for unitizing the outer frame and air fan as a whole and the radiator seems as a outer frame as well as a radiator. The radiator (10) is made of aluminum alloy and an empty space in it, and a positioned convex tip (32) is set on the central pillar base (30) for corresponding to the riveted joint section (12) and for riveted jointing. Then installing the entire air fan (20) into the central pillar (31) of the base of the central pillar base (30) as the base (30) had been riveted jointed. Please refer to FIG. 3. The radiator (10) and the outer frame, seemly, as a unitized structural design, which also conforms the heat radiating in all of its procedures that the conventional radiating air fan is unable to reach the said effect.

Claims
1. An improvement for radiating air fan, mainly complies:
- A structure of outer frame,
- a radiator,
- an air fan and
- a set of; wherein
- of its characteristics as to eliminate the plastic outer frame used in the conventional radiating air fan, and directly utilizing the radiator as an outer frame for its configurationally structural design as a unitized one, where securely jointing the central pillar base and the radiator without any rived joint element.
2. The fan according claim 1 wherein by eliminating the plastic outer frame structure and replaced and utilizing the radiator as an outer frame for the radiator and the outer frame been deigned as a unitized configuration as a whole, of which is made of aluminum alloy.
3. The fan according claim 1 wherein the central pillar base and radiator jointed by external forces and by the positioned convex tip to correspond with the riveted joint section as well as directly been secure jointed at the riveted joint section without any element of bolted/riveted joint.

The fan according claim 2 wherein by eliminating the plastic outer frame structure and replaced and utilizing the radiator as an outer frame for the radiator and the outer frame been deigned as a unitized configuration as a whole, where total radiating area can widen on the radiator and, also, the height of the blade can be heighten efficiently under the same volume for accessing more convectively air flowing capacities under the same R.P.M, of the said two matters can available for heat radiating effect.

The fan according claim 3 wherein designed the combinational jointed elements for the air fan, central pillar base and radiator to be been as an assembling set in the conventional air fan, of its defects, more jointing elements, more time and labor consuming; for this design for utilizing the external forces to joint the said jointed procedures which can huge improve the assemble efficiently and can save the cost.
