Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present invention relates to a kind of spiral centrifugal fabric spinning water pressuring device, especially one used for fast spinning of fabric.

INVENTION BACKGROUND

[0002] According to the commonly used invention, fabric has to go through the supporting stand found at the front part of machine head and use a motor to activate the exit hole such that wet dyed fabric is pulled out. However, as fabric is taken out, dyeing solution is spilled out causing pollution of working place and hence, improvement is urgently necessary.

[0003] Although prior application no. 82216652 of related device improves the above-mentioned drawback, the capital is however high and still needs to be improved.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0004] The present invention relates to a kind of spiral centrifugal fabric spinning water pressuring device using an outward nozzle found at the front part of the conducting tube to push fabric into the tube.

[0005] The present invention relates to a kind of spiral centrifugal fabric spinning water pressuring device using the centrifugal tube found at the rear part of the conducting tube for fast spinning of fabric.

[0006] The present invention relates to a kind of spiral centrifugal fabric spinning water pressuring device using a group of two dyeing cylinders thus decreasing capital cost and increasing efficiency.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION

[0023] With reference to FIG. 1 showing a structure of the commonly used invention, a filling hole 11 and exit hole 12 is designed at the machine head 10 for entrance and exit of fabric. A supporting stand 13, a conducting wheel 15 and a motor 14 is also provided. When dyed fabric 16 is taken out, it is placed into conducting wheel 15 and activated by motor 14 such that dyed fabric 16 is pulled from machine head 10. The dyeing solution 17 of fabric 10 is then spilled to the ground causing pollution of working environment.

[0024] With reference to FIG. 2 showing a structure of the present invention, a filling hole 21, a water gathering tube 27 and a conducting wheel 23 is found at the machine head. The conducting wheel 23 is connected to exit hole 22 and designed with an outward nozzle 28 and a spiral centrifugal tube 24. The spiral centrifugal tube 24 is for spinning of fabric from both machine heads and dyeing cylinders. The two conducting wheels 23 are connected to the two machine heads 20 and a spinning hole 26 is designed at the centrifugal part of the spiral centrifugal tube 24 in order to enable dyeing solution 34 and dyed fabric 33 to pass through the spinning hole 26 to the water gathering bin 25 and finally to water gathering tube 27.

[0025] With reference to FIG. 3 showing a plan of the spinning movement of fabric, in connection with FIG. 2, dyed fabric 33 is placed into outward nozzle 28 and nozzle 29 spurting dyeing solution remains closed. Hence, dyed fabric 33 is conducted to conducting tube 23 and to spiral centrifugal tube 24 for simultaneous spinning and exit of fabric, improving traditional motor activated conducting tube. When dyed fabric 33 passes through machine head 20 and conducting tube 23 to spiral centrifugal tube 24, it is simultaneously sent out in the same direction.

[0026] With reference to FIG. 4 showing a sectional view of the spiral centrifugal tube, a spinning hole 26 and a water gathering bin 25 are designed to gather dyeing solution 34 of dyed fabric 33 in water gathering tube 27 for re-use.

[0027] With reference to FIG. 5 showing a sectional view of the layered spiral centrifugal tube, another aspect of the present invention is herewith shown. Spiral centrifugal tube 30 is separated into top layer spiral centrifugal tube 31 and down layer spiral centrifugal tube 32.

[0028] With reference to FIG. 6 showing a plan of layered spinning movement of fabric, the two conducting tubes 23 are found at the top layer spiral centrifugal tube 31 and down layer spiral centrifugal tube 32, using the same axis for exit of fabric.
