DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION[0030] Referring to FIGS. 1-16, a swinging device of a chair base in accordance with the present invention comprises a support frame 1, and a base frame 2 which are combined with each other by connecting racks 3, screws 5, and fastening structures 4.
[0031] The support frame 1 includes two side racks 11 and 12 each having an inner face having a top having a left side and a right side each defining a plurality of screw holes 19, two support rods 13 and 14 each secured and locked between the two side racks 11 and 12 by means of a plurality of screws screwed into the screw holes 19, and two crossbars 111 mounted between the bottoms of the two side racks 11 and 12. The top of the support rod 13 is formed with two through holes 15, and the top of the support rod 14 is formed with two through holes 16.
[0032] The base frame 2 includes two side racks 21 and 22 each having an inner face having a top and a bottom each having a left side and a right side each defining a plurality of screw holes 29, and four connecting rods 23, 24, 25 and 26 each secured and locked between the two side racks 21 and 22 by means of a plurality of screws 5 screwed into the screw holes 29.
[0033] The connecting rack 3 includes two side rods 31 and 32, and a connecting rod 37 secured and locked between the two side rods 31 and 32 by means of a plurality of screws 5.
[0034] The fastening structure 4 includes a screw bearing 41, a cap washer 44, and a sleeve 45, and is locked by screws 5 and nuts 43. The cap washer 44 defines a recess 442 having a circular shape or a polygonal shape.
[0035] The improvement of the present invention is described as follows.
[0036] The support frame 1 has a bottom having a front end and a rear end each having a left side defining a recess 17 and a right side defining a recess 18, and four screw holes 19 around each recess 17 and 18. The screw bearing 41 is received in the recess 17 and 18, with its threaded end directed upward. The cap washer 44 is placed on the screw bearing 41, and the screws 5 are then screwed into the screw holes 19. Then, the through holes 33 and 34 of the bottom of the connecting rack 3 are planted on the screw bearings 41 buried in the front and rear ends of the support frame 1, and the screw bearings 41 are locked by nuts 43. The through holes 35 and 36 of the top of the connecting rack 3 are respectively buried with a screw bearing 41, and four screw holes 38 are formed around each through hole 35 and 36. The cap washer 44 is locked on the top of the connecting rack 3 by screws 5, and the screw bearing 41 is protruded outward from the cap washer 44. The protruding screw bearings 41 of the two connecting racks 3 are planted into the through holes 27 and 28 formed in the top of the base frame 2, and are locked by nuts 43.
