Abstract

An adjustor folded width of packing sheet used in sharing and packing device of medicine with a plurality of supports which spread and support the paper sheet before the paper sheet passes through a folding guide and comes into a pair of heating rollers according to the present invention comprises a support insertedly installed in a mounting plate, wherein a male screw portion is formed in an end portion of the support, an attitude adjusting plate for adjusting the attitude of the support, wherein the male screw portion of the support being insertedly disposed in the attitude adjusting plate is inserted into the mounting plate from the front to the rear, an elastic member placed on the male screw portion of the support protruded from the rear surface of the mounting plate, a nut fastened to the male screw portion of the support, and adjusting bolts fastened in screw holes formed at each corner of the attitude adjusting plate so that end portions of the adjusting bolts come into contact with the mounting plate.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The present invention relates to an adjustor folded width of packing sheet used in sharing and packing device of medicine, which is designed for a packing sheet, which comes into a pair of heating rollers, to be folded easily at the center of its width by varying the attitude of one of a plurality of supports that support the packing sheet in a spread state.

[0002] In general, medicine sharing and packing devices denote machines designed to pack tablets prescribed dose by dose for a patient.

[0003] So medicine sharing and packing devices according to the prior art has a structure in which tablets prescribed dose by dose are discharged to the downside through a passage provided at a drum or mounting plate by automatic control of a plurality of tablet cassettes containing various tablets, after being gathered into a hopper the tablets are discharged down under a hopper and put into a packing sheet, and the packing sheet is folded and sealed by a pair of heating rollers.

[0004] In the prior art, the packing sheet is supported by a plurality of supports, and comes into the heating rollers, the central section of its width being folded by a folding guide means in the shape of inverted triangle.

[0005] However, such a conventional medicine sharing and packing device has a disadvantage in that because the central section of the packing sheet's width is folded only if a plurality of the supports have been disposed exactly abreast, it does not have any means for correcting the problem if the central section of the packing sheet's width is not folded exactly.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0006] The present invention is contrived to overcome the conventional disadvantage described above. Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to provide an adjustor folded width of packing sheet used in sharing and packing device of medicine which allows the folding position of a packing sheet to be easily varied by varying the attitude of one of a plurality of supports which spread and support the packing sheet.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0012] With reference to the accompanying drawings, the present invention will now be described.

[0013] FIGS. 1 and 2 shows an adjustor folded width of paper sheet used in sharing and packing device of medicine according to the present invention, wherein, as described above, the sharing and packing device of medicine discharges tablets 4 collected into a hopper 3 to put them into a packing sheet 2, and seals the packing sheet 2 by means of a pair of heating rollers 1.

Then, the attitude of the support 10 is varied according to the adjusted attitude of the attitude adjusting plate 12.

1. An adjustor folded width of packing sheet used in sharing and packing device of medicine with a plurality of supports which spread and support the paper sheet before the paper sheet passes through a folding guide and comes into a pair of heating rollers according to the present invention comprises a support 10 insertedly installed in a mounting plate 11, wherein a male screw portion 10a is formed in an end portion of said support 10, an attitude adjusting plate 12 for adjusting the attitude of said support 10, wherein said male screw portion 10a of said support 10 being insertedly disposed in said attitude adjusting plate 12 is inserted into said mounting plate 11 from the front to the rear, an elastic member 13 placed on said male screw portion 10a of said support 10 protruded from the rear surface of said mounting plate 11, a nut 14 fastened to said male screw portion 10a of said support 10, and adjusting bolts 15 fastened in screw holes 12a formed at each corner of said attitude adjusting plate 12 so that end portions of said adjusting bolts 11 come into contact with said mounting plate 11.

2. An adjustor folded width of packing sheet used in sharing and packing device of medicine according to claim 1, wherein

screw inserting holes 12b are formed in the upper and lower central portions of said attitude adjusting plate 12, another screw holes 11a are formed in said mounting plate 11 so that said screw holes 11 are paired with said screw inserting holes 12b, and screws 16 are fastened through said inserting holes 12b and screw holes 11a.
